Though given his fame and family background and the corrupt Nigerian government, he is likely to go scotfree.

A judge would want to know y Davido and his friends encouraged him to drink so many shots of dry gin and whisky.

The lounge belongs to davido's manager so it's possible they were still there when he passed out

Fact is tango passed out, he friends rushed him to the hospital but didn't wait to find out what happened to him cos they probably knew he was already deas. There is too must desperation to tie davido to it.
He got drunk took close to 30 shots... Some people where negligent especially among his friends but that's all they are guilty of. I don't think tagbo was murdered

except there's another video footage, nothing in the released footage shows if his police escort left with him or not. The said hilux van didn't appear anywhere in the released cctv video

You are very intelligent. I'm a fan of Davido but I asked same questions you wrote here. Something is really fishy in this whole stories flying up...

The death of Tagbo can be easily solved, information from CCTV, mobile phone records, social media, etc. can be used to determine his cause of death.

I guess by now the family of Tagbo will be fully aware of how he died, they are just keeping quiet, pending the investigation. But in Nigeria, the case is won by who can offer the biggest cash, unfortunately.
