Former Minister of Information and Culture, Prof Jerry Gana believes that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has what it takes to solve Nigeria’s problems if voted for ahead of the 2019 Presidential elections. Having resolved some of the internal crisis that has been affecting the party in the past since their dethronement from the seat of power in 2015, Jerry Gana believes that PDP still has something to offer the country. He disclosed this on Thursday while giving a lecture, “Building a culture of academic excellence in Nigerian universities,” during a convocation ceremony at the Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo. “I am a politician. I appreciate the PDP and I am sure we shall use the party to solve Nigeria ’s problem and the rest will be history”.
