Bias or likelihood of it is very dangerous in any society/organisation.

Whatever a person does, irrespective of the goodness such act is claimed to be aimed at, the presence of bias vitiates such act.

This time we find ourselves is critical. People no longer express their true intentions through words but by attitudes/actions.

When people speak, do not take their words as serious as their consistent actions that will occur and reoccur.

Nigerian politicians are case study on this point.
