Nigeria is already constitutionally restructured into 36 States. Their Autonomy was proved by Shagari/Awolowo two-third of 19th States by our Erudite Chief Richard Akinjide. It is the nature of Dictatorship to exercise Power from the Top to the Grassroots. Our Military took this chance then because it was in their nature to do so. Democracy is the Power of the Grassroots to search by themselves for all their Requirements. The Grassroots, that is, The States, in their Local Governments, produce all they need and contribute to a common front(Laison for the Marketing of their wares. Buhari is a trained Soldier used to giving orders and dictating. But Nigeria has no time any longer to retrain him for Democracy. He can't get it. The NASS and The Constitution are Surrogates of each other. The NASS should amend the Exclusive List to restrict F.G to Foreign Affairs matters, Military and Treaties.. Any arrangement different from this is just postponing the Doomsday!?? |

orunto27: I feel Nigeria is structured into an oil producing company, with the President as chief rent-seeker and the Governor as his assistants. It is the foreign companies that search, drill, pump, ship and sell the oil.All we do is collect monthly royalties and share. That is why we do not have productive people in position of power, but rather violent thugs and thieves everywhere. The day Governors have to work for their daily bread rather than wait for 'monthly allocations' (a word if you google is reserved to nigeria exclusively all over the world)is the day the nation will move forward. Edit. Federal allocation not monthly allocation 1 Like |

Femi Adesina rightly fitted in into the "how to make zombie" description. GIVE HIM FOOD, GIVE HIM MONEY, GIVE HIM MICROPHONE AND HE WILL START SINGING FOR YOU. Yes, he's a double mouthed zombie, I cannot forget his most popular article written back then when he was yet to join Aso Rock Zombies, "ON ABURI ACCORD I STAND". So now he's not standing on ABURI again but aso rock just because he is "chopping" now. |

The only panacea to Nigeria's long lasting crises is allowing Referendum for the people of Biafra. Let us once for a time experience tranquility in a country. We can all have it better both sides. Now the brew is sour and the glass is cracked, we can't pretend we're enjoying the wine... ...all in the name of one Nigeria? This tupsy-tuvydom has to end. |

I share because I concur... "If you say you are a leader, you should lead, not blame. If you say you are an anti corruption crusader, you expose corruption, not cover it! How can you be presiding at Aso Rock and your wife and daughter are complaining about Aso Rock Clinic? Who is in charge if not you? In all my years I have never seen such abysmal failure to take responsibility as a first family complaining to the public about a clinic that they are in charge of! First rat chased you from your office now your family is complaining about Aso Rock clinic. Are you President or a decoration in Aso Rock?" -Reno Omokri |

zombieHUNTER: APC & their silly supporters, especially those on NL (they are exceptionally daft) are being mischievous. PDP held a National Confab to address the issue of restructuring. but the APC goons are too slow to reason beyond their dull messiah. |
