Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, has finally admitted that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was behind the formation and registration of the Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance (APDA). He stated this when he hosted Raymond Dokpesi, an aspirant for national chairmanship of the party, in his residence in Abuja. Babangida recalled that after the 14 months leadership crisis that rocked the party, there was need to “rebuild, re-brand and rejuvenate the party’’ ahead of the 2019 elections.
