Please while listening to music with headphones I only hear sound I don't hear voices. What could be the problem and possible solution... My Headphones works fine on other devices, I've also tried different headphones |

The earphone is not compatible with the phone. Try another one. |

There is a possibility that the earpiece is the 3-Ring type (this has 3 distinct rings round the plug of the earpiece), I'd suggest you get the 2-Ring earpiece (one with 2 rings at the plug) ... To discern both types easily, 3-Ring types mostly have standalone button(s) and microphone for receiving or making calls while the 2-Ring types are devoid of this, just plain. If it doesn't work, then it's a hardware related issue- Clean with cotton wool soaked in methylated spirit (Isopropyl Ethanol). |
