he chose the course and he is now worried?did anyone force him to choose agric?did he choose agric out of likeness for the course or low jamb score?

Oh i see.That means he is not passionate to study agricultural courses.Let him accept the admission,try as much to graduate with 1st class or 2.1,OR he rejects the admission and sit for UTME next year(if he is sure he would pass the required mark for his desired course).Difficulties in getting employed is general in Nigeria,YES professional courses would give him a headstart in the labour market,but not everyone will be opportuned to study one of these professional courses.Mind you agricultural courses are also professional courses,he can still make good use of it without feeling inferior.i believe i have made a point.
