Those people living there do not pay any tax or rates and contribute a lot to increase in crimes within the various locality. These people should be rehoused before any work is carried out on their present locations.

This is what happens in civilized coutries where the value of a human being is highly regarded.

In the UK for example you get compensation and a relocation allowance.

Nigeria is simply ruled by power hungry and corrupt people.

Only those who can provide authentic C of O for their properties should be compensated. Nigerians are very fund of colonising any vacant space to build upon and then start collecting exorbitant rates.

Well everybody can scream how they like, its only human nature. 1) nobody gave those people permission to erect those structures. 2) They are the ones meant to pay compensation to the government for occupying land for over 20yrs and not paying a dime for it. 3) If you have ever been to these places you will only wish that they be demolished with immediate effect coz the place is worse than a place meant for pigs.
I wasn't really in support of Ameachi's demolitions but after seeing the wonderful result it has produced (Aesthetic) we (resident of PH) have embraced it. Rivers State is the only state where people willingly demolish their illegal structure without been told. The high and mighty (Former governors, NDDC, Police commisioners residence, Military properties, federal and state properties etc, ) are not spared, where i stay, a police station was demolished as an illegal structure. Infact the only people yet to demolish thier fence are (SSS, EFCC),  
Ameachi is from Ikwerre, who are indigenes of Port Harcourt and environs, yet they have been the greatest loosers in the demolish exercise. If he were to have been frm another tribe then the massacre in Platue state who have been childs play as Ikwerres are willing and ready to die over a very small piece of land (size of a mat).

should this video not make jonathan recognized the 3 sovereignty state that make up nigeria , he is not going to be there forever. what happen if we have another abacha. i am calling on jonathan to recognized the government of western nigeria , eastern nigeria and northern nigeria . it is the only solution for peace.
