Hello darling, this is the recipe for SPRING ROLLS:

[/color]PREPERATION
[color=#000099]Wash and chop mushrooms into thin slices.
Peel and finely chop root ginger on chopping board with a sharp knife
Peeel and cut carrots into thin strips
Wash, peel and finely chop the spring onions

Making the filling

1. Heat oil in a frying pan
2. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for 2 mins on medium heat
3. Add the mushrooms, carrots and mangetout and fry for 2 mins. (Stir with wooden spoon).
4. Add any remaining filling ingredients and stir fry for 2 mins.
5. Season with salt and pepper (not too much, not toooo small).
6. Leave to cool in a mixing bowl
7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins until a pale golden brown

8. Remove from the oven serve hot or cold.
