Responsibilities
Maintains the financial and administrative operations of the office such as;

Maintaining schedules, providing telephone support, filing, transcription and the production of forms.
Supervises and support vendors
Involves in risk taking
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Handling of daily Expenses and Office Petty Cash
