Since 2008, this papas and mamas have become prayer warriors to get something from the government! Now their 78billion Naira have been slashed to 45 billion, yet no date of verification or payment. A committee that negotiated the reduction (and not the entitlements) is now insisting on collecting 2 billion Naira as workmanship to administer the money.
