do you ned to have a webcam to register? Also what is the priocess of capturing both the picture as well as the finger prints

This is the worst registration experience since the commencement of NYSC online registration. Sidmach Technologies only did the right thing this evening by updating their biometric client to allow picture upload. Don't know what they were thinking of earlier. It took several complaints for them to do the right thing.
We were only able to register about 30 PCMs yesterday through the online capturing process (against our reputation of registering minimum of 100 PCMs on Day 1). We dumped the earlier update to the biometric app when all the passports it accepted were either too bright or a far cry from the normal appearance of the PCM. I will advise all those who registered through the webcam yesterday and today (before the latest update to the app) to brace up for a possible re-upload of their passports.
