Is It Legal To Video, Camera People In Public Places Without Their Permission? by tintingz(m): 10:25am On Oct 20, 2017
Hello folks,

Is it under any law against videoing, snapping people in public places without their permission, is the person infringing on their privacy?

I often see people getting angry and threatening to sue the person for snapping, videoing them without their permission, can the person actually be sue to court?

In U.S for example, it is Constitutionally right and legal to video, camera people in public places except when they are in their house, what does Nigeria law say on this?
