Jesus Christ informed you by way of His Gospel that Satan was created for exactly that which He does. From the beginning, Satan has always been a liar. That does not mean Satan does not equally serve God. In Job 1, it is revealed that Satan, like the other angels, equally serves God. He does that which God commands Him to. And it is for this reason that Job, in Job 12, informed you that God is the one responsible for all that happens — no mention of Satan in Job's entire rant. Balaam, in Numbers 23, after he was asked by Balak to curse the Israelites, announced that only God was responsible for all that befalls the children of Israel— every suffering, every punishment, every win, that comes their way, is as permitted by Him.

18 Then Balaam said this: “Stand up, Balak, and listen to me. Hear me, Balak son of Zippor.
19 God is not a man; he will not lie. God is not a human being; his decisions will not change. If he says he will do something, then he will do it. If he makes a promise, then he will do what he promised.

When God created man did he have freewill?
To be an earth angel you have to dead that freewill thought and serve God with all your heart
