So this is an easy death........

Yes it is. Its better than suffering on a hospital bed for months and then at the end of the day the person still dies.

Moments when the calendar year draws to an eventful close, has become historic for the Nigerian music entertainment industry. While it may seem the year dragged and dulled from the start, there’s always a surprising switch-up with the influx of album releases and premieres at it nears the end.

This period alone has seen Wande Coal’s most-anticipated comeback with his sophomore disc, Wanted.

Lord finally answered my prayers when sultry chic, Seyi Shay dropped her debut, Seyi or Shay. Comical rapper, Falz came through with Stories That Touch. Olamide’s Eyan Mayweather has started to cause a stir – like obviously expected. Naeto C dropped 2 albums in 2015 alone, the latest being Festival. Runtown’s debut, Ghetto University is also in stores nationwide. Likewise Burna Boy’s On A Spaceship, which premiered just recently.

2015 has now become the hottest contender year for the best albums dropped in record time. This combining feat has taken us down memory lane on some of the hottest (and best) albums that have been released in the last decade. Here’s our findings as presented in this post below.

rip to the dead. death is inevitable. the only difference is that there are different means through which people die. everybody should be expecting death no matter the age, status, colour and when it comes for someone else one has to sympathize with the affected family. ti eni a ri la mo. a o mo eni ti a kan lo la.

Indeed, some of these accidents can be averted. However, due to the recklessness of road users in Nigeria, fatal accidents such as this will continue at an alarming rate.

Majority of motorists on Nigerian roads are very reckless. They see driving as a rat race, where the only consideration is racing to the finish line (their destination), without any consideration for road conditions or other road users. Nigerian motorists are notorious for not observing road signs (most Nigerian roads have no signs, sadly) or even care to know that driving on public way must be done defensively, instead of aggressive driving.

Defensive driving involves making driving decisions based on road conditions (state of roads, congestion, visibility, etc.) and taking into account other road users and making room of others to co-use the road by considering them. Aggressive driving, on the other hand, involves not caring a damn about who else is using the public road or the condition of the road itself, speeding, cutting other automobiles off, blocking or boxing other cars in, not obeying road signs, drag racing with slower moving automobiles like trucks, etc.

Sad to say, but this callous attitude is not unconnected with our usual corrupted mindset, where driver's licenses are bought off the shelves of government offices without one learning how to really drive; where most cars are not maintained properly which results in many stories of brake failures (yes, brakes fail when they are not maintained, duh!); and speeding recklessly on very bad and congested roads and worst, doing this while intoxicated or impaired from drug or alcohol use.

The attitude of pedestrians and other non-mobile road users are equally why some of them are killed. You see how old some of the cars on Nigeria roads are and you know that most drivers in the country smoke and drink immediately before getting before the wheel; yet, you jet in and out of busy traffic thinking the truck, car, or motorcycle will slow down or it must stop for you. Unfortunately, being killed is often the result!

The next time you use the public way, give consideration to other road users!
As a motorist, slow down for pedestrians; yes, tolerate them!
As a pedestrian, remember that some oncoming vehicles require longer braking distance and as such, don't force a sudden stop because if that vehicle fails to do so, you will die!

Something like this will happen some people will just bring out phone to snap....no pity or respect for the dead.
The one that boils me the most is when the corpse is barely clothed and they still take pictures of it.

That sh*t needs to change.
