When freedom of speech and expressions are incessantly misuse in a country, regulation laws are welcome and acceptable, and become legal. For instance, hiding under keyboard calling Okorocha as Okoroawusa just because you are not in agreement with somethings he is doing could be termed misuse of freedom of speech & expressions, and an infringements on Okorocha person.
We must learn to know what constitutes criticism and how and when to use it diligently. We must also strive to know when criticism derail to attacking some other person's personality. It is when we know these that we can avoid provoking obnoxious laws.
