1. No quality striker to replace Romelu Lukaku
2. The defence needs fresh pair of legs
3. The players don't want to play under him anymore

However, Ronald Koeman is still a quality coach.

You can't beat consistency. With Wenger you know what to expect. The club pretty much understand that. Hence stability comes.

As for Everton, it will be defficult to find a man like Moyes who knows the job description all too well. Everton was a mid table club always has been. But ever since he left, Everton has struggle to mentain mid table position.

What I like most about Wenger is that he plays to his strength. Mancity united, and Chelsea. If any of you out there are logical enough, who among the above listed clubs would arsenal naturally outbid in a competitive transfer market. You guess right non! Wenger is doing the biding of his employers. They are not after trophies but business and probably top 4. If trophy comes along the line, good and fine. The easiest way to stay on your job is to meet your employers requirements. I support the club and see that their top goal is not about winning trophies otherwise they would have sacked Wenger more than 10years ago.
