This is to inform you that the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) is organizing a 3 month weekend Nigerian Indigenous Language Programme. Venue - 23 Kigoma street, wuse zone 7, Abuja. Languages: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Tiv, Efik and Gbagyi. Duration: 20th Oct. 2017- 20th Jan 2018. Time : Friday (3pm -5pm) & Saturday (10am - 2pm) .
