The initiative is actually a very good one. But my problem with it is the sudden migration to an automated system without pilot testing.

There has been so much problems for the admissions office even though they have been well trained.

The system itself is just putting many things in place based on complains made.

I'm sure it will be better next year sha.

This year's admission has just been like pilot testing.
