Am a dropout student of a certain polytechic due to my inexperience of how things workout back then which my family must not know about am 24 years old right as we speak with no knowledge of any trade with only qualification of SSCE please help me any advice of which work to do.......right now am thinking about joining the Nigeria police because that is the only way for me to cover my shame or please what do you think i can do?

I suggest you learn computer courses like java, vb, css, php, and everything about computer in any computer centre and set up a shop after your training.
OR,
Learn computer engineering and start repairing computer, it's lucrative.
