EEDC sent electricity bill to us last week despite not having light for over six weeks. Our transformer was vandalized.

The major issue is that we saw a new bill for BOREHOLE. Separate bill for borehole? I was shocked. Since I enter Onitsha na this kind madness person dey see. I never hear this one before or am I ignorant of their current billing system. Has anyone experienced such? Them no even gree say prepaid meters dey.
