Aso rock has a security formation and a car pool maintained by Army, DSS, NPF and many other agencies and contractors. The IGP bypassed all these and became the transport officer to the presidents wifes ADC.

So you believe the IGP, on the First Lady's request or better still order, bought two suvs for her? The first lady, who has been going around distributing relief materials to the less priviledge, can't afford to buy two suvs? Ok, she can't afford but needs them, why must it be the IGP of all govt officials, she will ask for the cars?
