There seems to be a financial misappropriation currently going on at the apex electoral body in the country, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as staff at same level received different amounts when their salary arrears were paid.



A source in the know disclosed to BlackBox Nigeria in an exclusive chat that the staff, which were appointed at same time nationwide recently sat for a promotional examination, and thereafter all got promoted to the same level and step which grade level 8.5 to 9.2.
