Russia World Cup: ISIS Issues Chilling Threat with a Poster of Messi Crying Blood Behind Bar (Photos)

Islamic terrorist group, ISIS has issued a new chilling threat to carry out a terror attack at the World Cup next summer with a sick poster of Lionel Messi crying blood

According to Dailymail, the disturbing image shows the Barcelona star behind bars in the latest attempt by fanatics to spread fear ahead of the the tournament in Russia.

It comes after another chilling poster shows a terrorist armed with a gun and explosives near a football stadium in Russia along with the words: 'I swear that the Mujahideen's fire will burn you... Just you wait


Another shows New York's One Worldwide Plaza skyscraper along with a gunman, a meat cleaver covered in blood and the caption: 'Soon. Just terror. So the penalty of your strikes will be paid in your lands.'

The mocked-up image of Messi in a prison jumpsuit, with blood coming from his eye has forced the Argentine Football Association to demand for special security for star player, Lionel Messi and other members of the national team.

President of the Argentine Football Association Claudio Tapia on Thursday, met the Russian ambassador to his country, Victor Koronelli to discuss the threat posed by Islamic State.

Tapia has also been working with Koronelli and another Russian diplomat, Dmitriy Belov, to work onadditional security at Moscow’s Bronnitsy Training Centre, which will house the Argentine team for the World Cup.

Nigeria Football Federation early in the week confirmed that the Super Eagles will play Argentina in the Russian city of Krasnodar on Tuesday, November 14 at the Krasnodar Arena Stadium.
