According to a Twitter user, Frank White, a man and his wife are currently fighting for their lives after they were allegedly shot by SARS operatives in Ibadan the capital of Oyo state for not allegedly giving them bribe money.




Here’s what Frank who used the opportunity to call on the higher police bodies, wrote;
