Hello Guys, woke up this morning to switch my phone on, only to discover that its requesting for a password different from the usual password for unlocking the screen. Please how do I recover my privacy protection password for my Infinix Hotnote x551 (Lollipop). Thanks

Have you tryed your Gmail password

My Gmail PW is alphanumeric but in this case the only option are numbers .."Please enter Privacy Protection Password to unlock the phone"..

Then that means is definitely your lock screen password.
