So GEJ must be the cleanliest govt in history. There is no record that he knew of the many corruption cases perpetuated under him which he himself has claimed.
Infact, all the democratic President since OBJ are clean and spotless. It is not on them when apointees in their civil service embezzle billions and billions of our commonwealth.

2 Throughout her statement, there is no place where the woman issued an official memo indicating her objection to the reinstatement of Maina. Obviously, she is culpable in this matter
3. As a senior civil servant, the woman is unaware of organisation best practice and official means of communication? There was no paper trail showing her displeasure.
4. In the Memo, that was passed through her office, she did not indicate her objection to Maina reinstatement, she simply passed the buck to another department.
5. The woman failed to provide @MBuhari's response to her on the issue.

She is still not honest on the matter. From claiming she has no knowledge of the reinstatement, to now saying she warned the C in C about it shows that she is just pussy footing about and in some cases telling outright lies..

To be very sincere to you as I speak, I like to inflict injury on myself for that mistake. Sometimes, I just sat and llook my ceiling and ask myself if this the same Nigeria? I even asked if we are cursed? Why should Buhari within two and half years ruined this country to this extent were we are worse than zoo.

You need to read the memo again, so that you understand it better. That memo to the presidency chronicles the HOS' handling/ involvement in Maina's re-instatement. It is not about the date of the memo or the memo but that " she sought audience with Mr President on the 11th of October and advised him against Maina's re-instatement". This means that Mr President was aware of Maina's re-instatement and didnt act until there was a public outcry.

Nigerians, Lets not judge the President until all the facts are put on the table.

Is it not possible that the Chief of Staff never passed on the letter as required.

Secondly, Is it not possible the President wanted to do his own investigation and acted when he had found out the actual position from his own findings.

When you are in leadership, you hear alot of things and you dont just act based on mere letters and reports because there are people saddled with that responsibility who may be partisan and transmit decisions that are biased.

Lets just wait and see what the final outcome will be from the investigation going on.

Only fools don't know that the PMB's query was only a facesaver. Even bigger fools would not understand that PMB knew of plans to reinstate Maina and gave a tacit support inspite of the HOSF wise counsel.

Corruption runs in this government but they keep covering it. This saga really exposed bubu corrupt administration, I remember the AGF and Bubu denying they don't know about it.

Some people still defend this corrupt government.

Thank God we have moved away from financial corruption and disappearanceof huge sums to only procedural corrupt.

It's at least some progress that we don't have section of the public defending any wrong doing no matter how clear or absurd like we had during the last government. Overall I think we've made some progress.

The next leaders will be at pains to show their level of integrity is better than the current president. Far better than having the ' in your face stealing do your worst' leadership of before.

She expressed worries on October 11 and was informesd of maina's reinstatement ,5 days after,october16,2017..

Which means as at the time of the verbal expression of worries,neither PMB nor The head of service were aware that Maina had resumed!

You are just running from pillar to post and back to pillar. A real anti-corruption czar on hearing the impending reinstatement of Maina would have immediately alerted the EFCC, on whose wanted list he has been for 4 years, to effect his arrest and thereafter decisively deal with the cabal that initiated that move. He did no such and he was reinstated.
But Immediately the scandal leaked, he was quick to sack Maina and issued a phantom query to the HOSF requesting her to repeat a story she had told him informally just to save his face. Buhari is increasingly becoming shameless and your ilk much more.
