Germany based Nigerian business mogul and the organiser of African Cup Football competition in Germany, Chief Muritala Awolola (Tala), reiterated that he will take African women football especially Nigeria women league and national teams to the next level.

Speaking through telephone chat from his base in Bremen, he revealed how he intend to develop women football not only in Nigeria but Africa in general. According to him, "National age-grade Women Football Championship will be organised to discover and nurture new talented players.
The competition will have six teams (one champion from each geo-political zone) which will be assembled in the Federal Capital Territory to play a week Super Six football competition."

"The eventual overall champions will be exposed to European and Asian training tours,"

"They will engage in friendly matches with different European and Asian clubs, this will not only improve their standard of play but serve as an opportunity for them to get clubs that will need their services which in turn will make Nigeria women national teams stronger and possibly win elusive world cup in the nearest future." He posited.

"When the national grassroots football championship stabilised in Nigeria according to plan, we shall then move to develop the West Africa women football by organising a WAFU women competition where champions of each country will come together to compete in a home and away inter-continental football matches. After which African Women CAF Champions league will be organised." He concluded.

He expressed optimism that the competitions will come to pass, in as much as he can successfully organise African Cup Football competition in Europe since 2013 in Germany while the next edition will hold in Japan next year.

Hmm, will this work up north? nice idea though.
