My friend was transferred to lagos from the east and his current apartment rent is still running some months still remaining. He has gotten an apartment in lagos but still unable to move in because the current occupant hasnt fully moved out to enable him do some work on the apartment before moving in meanwhile the guy he rented out his apartment in the east is putting pressure on him to come and move his things out. As a result of this he has asked the guy to send him his account number so he can refund him the money he collected on the apartment since the guy can no longer wait. But the issue here is that the guy has refused to accept a refund and is threatening to break the door and forcefully remove his properties. Is this possible and what options do my friend have now.
