Some years ago a certain Dr. ( Phd) tried to distinguish or separate stealing from corruption but that didn't end well. Years later a Professor had this to say on same topic "Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says STEALING 'and' CORRUPTION is one factor that unites most Nigerians." If both are one factor, then why stating both.
