The are various Weight Loss Foods to eat out there that can help you accomplish your fitness goals.

The problem with lots of Nigerians is that they are not plant friendly when it comes to what they consume.

They just don’t take it seriously (that’s what I meant).

It is a plant base protein source, that comes with lots of fiber and nutrients that promises to keep you full for a long while.

I eat less, but I can't reduce yet. do you know what I can do again? I am even scared that if I eat all those you mentioned, I might just blow off. Any recommendation? I don't want to be fat.

I'll recommend you take the bold off your mind. The mind is very powerful., it might just be in your head not that you are necessarily veering fat.
Just eat healthy and be happy, that's all you need

I always try. but I know it. I check my weight, and it is on the high side. I am so scared dear. lol. I don't know if it is the thinking that causes it.

I think it is.. just try to get your mind off it, eat healthy, exercise and be happy

Make fruits and vegetables the major bulk of your meals, avoid sugar and saturated fats (palm oil) as much as you can and you will be ok.
