Three foreigners have been reportedly kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State. It was gathered that the foreigners were travelling in a motorcade when they were attacked around Tank Junction in Rumukurushi community. DAILY POST reports that one of the police escorts in the motorcade was killed alongside two others in a gun battle with armed men. Two other victims, a woman and her little daughter were hit by stray bullets. When contacted the Rivers State Police Command denied the reports.
