Ibadan, Oyo State’s capital rose to dominance
in the early 19th century. After it came into
existence in 1829, Since then, She has become

OLUYOLE ESTATE

Oluyole Estate in Ibadan is under Ibadan South
West Local Government Area of Oyo
State. Oluyole Estate is located in the heart of
Ibadan on Ring Road.It is a blend of upper and
middle-class Ibadan residents. Living in

minutes drive from the Legendary Liberty

ONIREKE G.R.A

Onikere G.R.A is a high brow low-density
residential hub. It is Lebanese-dominated early
2/3 of its inhabitants are of Lebanese decent,
some to the third generation. A small sized
prime residential neighbourhood, Onireke G.R.A
is the resident’s and investor’s delight because
of its proximity to Dugbe (the CBD), the Ibadan
Recreation Club, Golf Club and Magazine Road,
of which the Lebanese have substantial
warehouses.
