If you are actually certain your Instagram account has been hacked and all your login details changed, alongside your username or password.

Panic not, just follow this steps to get back your Instagram Account.

I) Go to Instagram help page https://help.instagram.com/

II) Click on the “Privacy and Safety Center” on the left side.

III) Then scroll a little bit down the page and click on “Report Something”.

IV) Click on “Hacked Accounts” button found at the top left side of your screen.
