The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 12:10pm On Nov 05, 2017
Qur'anic Warners
They ask you, about the Hour - the Last Day - the Day of Judgement: When is its Arrival?

They were About to Evict you - that is Our Established Way of Our Messengers and you will Not Find Any Alteration

33:21, Qur'an
There has certainly been for you in the messenger of God an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in the Last Day and God, and who remembers God often.

8:49, Qur'an
[For remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease said, "Their religion has deluded those [Muslims]?"  But whoever relies upon God - then indeed, God is Almighty and Most Wise.

8:30, Qur'an
And [remember] when those who disbelieved plotted against you [O Muhammad and you who have believed] to restrain you or kill you or evict you.  But they plan, and God plans.  And God is the best of planners.

60:4, Qur'an
[And likewise,] there has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him -

29:24, Qur'an
[For] the answer of Abraham's people was not but that they said, "Kill him or burn him," but God saved him from the fire.  Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

26:116, Qur'an
[And] they said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."

40:26, Qur'an
And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord.  Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land."

27:48 - 49, Qur'an
And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs].  They said, "Take a mutual oath by God that we will kill [Salih] by night, he and his family.  Then we will say to his executor, 'We did not witness the destruction of his family, and indeed, we are truthful.'"

27:56, Qur'an
[And] the answer of Lot's people was not except that they said, "Expel the family of Lot from your city.  Indeed, they are people who keep themselves pure."

7:88, Qur'an
[And] the eminent ones who were arrogant among [Shu'ayb's] people said, "We will surely evict you, O Shu'ayb, and those who have believed with you from our city, or you must return to our religion."  He said, "Even if we were unwilling?"

14:13, Qur'an
[Thus] those who disbelieved said to their messengers, "We will surely drive you out of our land, or you must return to our religion."  So their Lord inspired to them, "We will surely destroy the wrongdoers."

85:7 - 8, Qur'an
[For] they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses.  And they resented them not except because they believed in God, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy.

43:61, Qur'an
And indeed, Jesus will be a sign for knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me.  This is a straight path.

Luke 23:21, Gospel
[For] they cried, saying, "Crucify [him], crucify him."

Matthew 27:23, Gospel
[But] the governor said, "Why, what evil has he done?"  But they cried out the more, saying, "Let him be crucified."

60:6, Qur'an
[And so] there has certainly been for you in them an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in the Last Day and God.  [But] whoever turns away - then indeed, God is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

17:76 - 77, Qur'an
[So] indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom.  And then when they do, they will not remain there after you, except for a little.  That is Our established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration.

Isaiah 66:5, Torah
[So] hear the word of the Lord, you who tremble at His word; "Your brethren who hated you, who cast you out for My name's sake, said, 'Let the Lord be glorified,' but He will appear to your joy, and they will be ashamed."

The Established Way of God which has Preceded Among His Servants

1.  God sent a messenger from themselves to state clearly
2.  Those who disbelieved ridiculed the messenger
3.  Every nation intended to seize their messenger
4.  The messenger was saved by God, and the criminals were destroyed

40:82 - 85, Qur'an
Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them?  They were more numerous than themselves and greater in strength and in impression on the land, but they were not availed by what they used to earn.  And when their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they merely rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.  And when they saw Our punishment, they said, "We believe in God alone and disbelieve in that which we used to associate with Him."  But never did their faith benefit them once they saw Our punishment.  It is the established way of God which has preceded among His servants.  And the disbelievers thereupon lost.

1.  God Sent a Messenger from themselves to State Clearly

9:70, Qur'an
[So] has there not reached them the news of those before them - the people of Noah and [the tribes of] 'Aad and Thamud and the people of Abraham and the companions of Midian and the towns overturned?  Their messengers came to them with clear proofs.  And God would never have wronged them, but they were wronging themselves -

4:165, Qur'an
[For God sent] messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against God after the messengers.  And ever is God Almighty and Most Wise.

14:4, Qur'an
[And so] We did not send any messenger except speaking in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and God sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He wills.  And He is the Almighty, the Most Wise.

17:15, Qur'an
[And so] whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul.  And whoever errs only errs against it.  And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another.  And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.

39:56, Qur'an
Lest a soul should say, "Oh [how great is] my regret over what I neglected in regard to God and that I was among the mockers."

7:173 - 174, Qur'an
Or [lest] you say, "It was only that our fathers associated [others in worship] with God before, and we were but descendants after them.  Then would You destroy us for what the falsifiers have done?"  And thus do We [explain in] detail the verses, and perhaps they will return.

7:63, Qur'an
Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you and that you may fear God so you might receive mercy?

2.  Those who Disbelieved Ridiculed the Messenger

15:10 - 13, Qur'an
And [so] We had certainly sent [messengers] before you, among the sects of the former peoples.  [But] no messenger would come to them except that they ridiculed him.  Thus do We insert denial into the hearts of the criminals.  They will not believe in it, while there has already occurred the precedent of the former peoples.

 3.  Every Nation Intended to Seize their Messenger

40:5, Qur'an
The people of Noah denied before them and the factions after them, and every nation intended [a plot] for their messenger to seize him, and they disputed by falsehood to invalidate thereby the truth.  So I seized them, and how was My penalty.

85:7 - 8, Qur'an
And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses.  And they resented them not except because they believed in God, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy.

17:76 - 77, Qur'an
And indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom.  And then when they do, they will not remain there after you, except for a little.  That is Our established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration.

4.  The Messenger was Saved by God,
and the Wrongdoers were Destroyed

12:110 - 111, Qur'an
The messengers continued until, when they despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved.  And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.  There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding.  Never was [the Qur'an] a narration invented, but a guidance and mercy for a people who believe and a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things.

18:55, Qur'an
[But] nothing has prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them and from asking forgiveness of their Lord except that there [must] befall them the [accustomed] precedent of the former peoples or that the punishment should come [directly] before them.

14:45 - 47, Qur'an
And [yet] you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them.  And We presented for you many examples.  And they had planned their plan, but with God is their plan, even if their plan had been to move the mountains.  So never think that God will fail in His promise to His messengers -

Psalms 37:39 - 40, Torah
[For] the salvation of the righteous [is] of the Lord, [He is] their strength in the time of trouble.  And the Lord will help them, and deliver them, He will deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him.

40:78, Qur'an
[Thus] We have already sent messengers before you.  Among them are those We have related to you, and among them are those We have not related to you.  And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of God.  So when the command of God comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all].

11:120, Qur'an
[So] each story We relate to you from the news of the messengers is that by which We make firm your heart.  And there has come to you, in this, the truth and an instruction and a reminder for the believers.

12:3, Qur'an
[And] We relate to you, the best of stories in what We have revealed to you of this Qur'an although you were, before it, among the unaware.

Noah Warned Before the Flood

 1.  Noah Warned his People

53:52, Qur'an
[Has he not been informed that it is God who destroyed] the people of Noah before?  Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing.

Genesis 6:11 - 13, Torah
[For] the earth was also corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.  And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted His way upon the earth.  And God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth."

11:25 - 26, Qur'an
[Thus] We had certainly sent Noah to his people, saying, "Indeed, I am to you a clear warner, that you not worship except God.  Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a painful day."

2.  Noah was Ridiculed

23:24 - 25, Qur'an
But the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, "This is not but a man like yourselves who wishes to take precedence over you; and if God had willed [to send a messenger], He would have sent down angels.  We have not heard of this among our forefathers.  He is not but a man possessed with madness, so wait concerning him for a time."

7:61 - 62, Qur'an
[Noah] said, "O my people, there is not error in me, but I am a messenger from the Lord of the worlds.  I convey to you the messages of my Lord and advise you; and I know from God what you do not know.

11:34, Qur'an
[But] my advice will not benefit you - although I wished to advise you - if God should intend to put you in error.  He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned."

26:111, Qur'an
They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?"

71:5 - 8, Qur'an
[So Noah] said, "My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day.  But my invitation increased them not except in flight.  And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments, persisted, and were arrogant with great arrogance.  Then I invited them publicly."

11:36, Qur'an
[So] it was revealed to Noah that, "No one will believe from your people except those who have already believed, so do not be distressed by what they have been doing."

3.  Noah was Threatened to be Stoned

11:28 - 29, Qur'an
[So Noah] said, "O my people, have you considered if I should be upon clear evidence from my Lord while He has given me mercy from Himself but it has been made unapparent to you, should we force it upon you while you are averse to it?  And O my people, I ask not of you for it any wealth.  My reward is not but from God.  And I am not one to drive away those who have believed.  Indeed, they will meet their Lord, but I see that you are a people behaving ignorantly."

26:116, Qur'an
[But] they said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."

4.  Noah was Saved,
His People were Destroyed

71:21 - 24, Qur'an
[So] Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss.  And they conspired an immense conspiracy.  And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr.'  And already they have misled many.  And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error."

11:32, Qur'an
[So] they said, "O Noah, you have disputed us and been frequent in dispute of us.  So bring us what you threaten us, if you should be of the truthful."

54:10 - 12, Qur'an
So he invoked his Lord, "Indeed, I am overpowered, so help."  Then We opened the gates of the heaven with water pouring down and caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined.

25:37, Qur'an
[Thus,] the people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them a sign for mankind.

Genesis 7:23, Torah
[Whereby] every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heavens; and they were destroyed from the earth, and Noah only remained [alive], and those who [were] with him in the ark.

54:13 - 17, Qur'an
[For] We carried him on a construction of planks and nails, sailing under Our eyes as reward for he who had been denied.  And We left it as a sign, so are there any who will remember?  And how severe were My punishment and warning.  And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so are there any who will remember?

Hud Warned 'Aad

1.  Hud Warned his People

46:21, Qur'an
And mention, the brother of 'Aad, when [Hud] warned his people in the [region of] al-Ahqaf - and warners had already passed on before him and after him - [saying], "Do not worship except God.  Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day.

26:126 - 127, Qur'an
So fear God and obey me.  And I do not ask you for it any payment.  My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

7:68 - 69, Qur'an
[And] I convey to you the messages of my Lord, and I am to you a trustworthy adviser.  Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you?  And remember when He made you successors after the people of Noah and increased you in stature extensively.  So remember the favors of God that you might succeed."

2.  Hud was Ridiculed

41:15, Qur'an
[But] as for 'Aad, they were arrogant upon the earth without right and said, "Who is greater than us in strength?"  Did they not consider that God who created them was greater than them in strength?  But they were rejecting Our signs.

26:136 - 138, Qur'an
[For] they said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors.  This is not but the custom of the former peoples, and we are not to be punished."

7:66, Qur'an
[And] the eminent ones who disbelieved among his people said, "Indeed, we see you in foolishness, and indeed, we think you are of the liars."

11:53 - 56, Qur'an
[And] they said, "O Hud, you have not brought us clear evidence, and we are not ones to leave our gods on your say-so.  Nor are we believers in you.  We only say that some of our gods have possessed you with evil."  He said, "Indeed, I call God to witness, and witness [yourselves] that I am free from whatever you associate with God other than Him.  So plot against me all together; then do not give me respite.  Indeed, I have relied upon God, my Lord and your Lord.  There is no creature but that He holds its forelock.  Indeed, my Lord is on a path [that is] straight."

3.  Hud was Threatened to be Driven out of the Land

14:11 - 12, Qur'an
[So] their messengers said to them, "We are only men like you, but God confers favor upon whom He wills of His servants.  It has never been for us to bring you evidence except by permission of God.  And upon God let the believers rely.  And why should we not rely upon God while He has guided us to our [good] ways?  And we will surely be patient against whatever harm you should cause us.  And upon God let those who would rely [indeed] rely."

14:13 - 15, Qur'an
[But] those who disbelieved said to their messengers, "We will surely drive you out of our land, or you must return to our religion."  So their Lord inspired to them, "We will surely destroy the wrongdoers.  And We will surely cause you to dwell in the land after them.  That is for he who fears My position and fears My threat."  And they requested victory from God, and disappointed, [therefore], was every obstinate tyrant.

11:59, Qur'an
And [so] that was 'Aad, who rejected the signs of their Lord and disobeyed His messengers and followed the order of every obstinate tyrant.

4.  Hud was Saved,
'Aad was Destroyed

7:70, Qur'an
They said, "Have you come to us that we should leave what our fathers have worshiped and worship God alone?  Then bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the truthful."

46:24 - 25, Qur'an
[But] when they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, "This is a cloud bringing us rain!"  Rather, it is that for which you were impatient: a wind, within it a painful punishment, destroying everything by command of its Lord.  And they became so that nothing was seen [of them] except their dwellings.  Thus do We recompense the criminal people.

7:72, Qur'an
So We saved [Hud] and those with him by mercy from Us.  And We eliminated those who denied Our signs, and they were not at all believers.

11:60, Qur'an
And they were [therefore] followed in this world with a curse and [as well] on the Day of Resurrection.  Unquestionably, 'Aad denied their Lord; then away with 'Aad, the people of Hud.

Salih Warned Thamud

1.  Salih Warned his People

27:45, Qur'an
And We had certainly sent to Thamud their brother Salih, saying, "Worship God," and at once they were two parties conflicting.

27:46, Qur'an
[Salih] said, "O my people, why are you impatient for evil instead of good?  Why do you not seek forgiveness of God that you may receive mercy?"

7:74, Qur'an
[Salih continued,] "And remember when He made you successors after 'Aad and settled you in the land, [and] you take for yourselves palaces from its plains and carve from the mountains, homes.  Then remember the favors of God and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption."

2.  Salih was Ridiculed

27:47, Qur'an
[But] they said, "We consider you a bad omen, you and those with you."  [Salih] said, "Your omen is with God.  Rather, you are a people being tested."

54:24 - 25, Qur'an
[But] Thamud said, "Is it one human being among us that we should follow?  Indeed, we would then be in error and madness.  Has the message been sent down upon him from among us?  Rather, he is an insolent liar."

7:75 - 76, Qur'an
[And] the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people said to those who were oppressed - to those who believed among them, "Do you [actually] know that Salih is sent from his Lord?"  They said, "Indeed we, in that with which he was sent, are believers."  Said those who were arrogant, "Indeed we, in that which you have believed, are disbelievers."

3.  Salih was Threatened to be Killed

91:11, Qur'an
[So] Thamud denied [their prophet] by reason of their transgression -

27:48 - 50, Qur'an
[For] there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs].  They said, "Take a mutual oath by God that we will kill him by night, he and his family.  Then we will say to his executor, 'We did not witness the destruction of his family, and indeed, we are truthful.'"  And they planned a plan, and We planned a plan, while they did not perceive.

4.  Salih was Saved,
Thamud was Destroyed

26:155 - 156, Qur'an
[So Salih] said, "This is a she-camel.  For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day.  And do not touch her with harm, lest you be seized by the punishment of a terrible day."

7:77 - 78, Qur'an
So they hamstrung the she-camel and were insolent toward the command of their Lord and said, "O Salih, bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the messengers."  So the earthquake seized them, and they became within their home [corpses] fallen prone.

29:38, Qur'an
[Thus We destroyed] Thamud and 'Aad, and it has become clear to you from their [ruined] dwellings.  And Satan had made pleasing to them their deeds and averted them from the path, and they were endowed with perception.

27:53, Qur'an
[But] We saved those who believed and used to fear God.

Abraham Warned Haran

1.  Abraham Warned his People

Joshua 24:2, Torah
[Remember when] Joshua said to all the people, "Thus the Lord says, God of Israel, 'Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the river in old time, [even] Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor - and they served other gods.'"

19:41 - 42, Qur'an
[So] mention in the Book [the story of] Abraham.  Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet.  When he said to his father, "O my father, why do you worship that which does not hear and does not see and will not benefit you at all?"

29:16 - 18, Qur'an
[Thus] We sent Abraham, [and] he said to his people, "Worship God and fear Him.  That is best for you, if you should know.  You only worship, besides God, idols, and you produce a falsehood.  Indeed, those you worship besides God do not possess for you provision.  So seek from God provision and worship Him and be grateful to Him.  To Him you will be returned.  And if you deny - already nations before you have denied.  And there is not upon the messenger except the duty of clear notification."

2.  Abraham was Ridiculed

21:51 - 52, Qur'an
[So] We had certainly given Abraham his sound judgement before, and We were of him well-Knowing, when he said to his father and his people, "What are these statues to which you are devoted?"

21:55, Qur'an
They said, "Have you come to us with truth, or are you of those who jest?"

21:58 - 59, Qur'an
So he made [their idols] into fragments, except a large one among them, that they might return to it [and question].  They said, "Who has done this to our gods?  Indeed, he is of the wrongdoers."

21:63 - 65, Qur'an
He said, "Rather, this - the largest of them - did it, so ask them, if they should [be able to] speak."  So they returned to [blaming] themselves and said [to each other], "Indeed, you are the wrongdoers."  Then they reversed themselves, [saying], "You have already known that these do not speak!"

21:66 - 67, Qur'an
He said, "Then do you worship instead of God that which does not benefit you at all or harm you?  Uff to you and to what you worship instead of God.  Then will you not use reason?"

40:83, Qur'an
[But] when their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they [merely] rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.

3.  Abraham was Threatened to be Stoned and Burned

21:68, Qur'an
[For] they said, "Burn him and support your gods - if you are to act."

19:46, Qur'an
[And his father] said, "Have you no desire for my gods, O Abraham?  If you do not desist, I will surely stone you, so avoid me a prolonged time."

37:97, Qur'an
[So his people] said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire."

4.  Abraham was Saved,
His People were Destroyed

29:24, Qur'an
[Thus] the answer of Abraham's people was not but that they said, "Kill him or burn him," but God saved him from the fire.  Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

21:70, Qur'an
So they intended for him harm, but We made them the greatest losers.

Genesis 11:32 - 12:1, Torah
And [so] the days of [his father] Terah were two hundred and five years, and Terah died in Haran.  Now the Lord had said to Abraham, "Get out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you."

Genesis 12:4, Torah
So Abraham departed, as the Lord had spoken to him; and Lot went with him, and Abraham [was] seventy five years old when he departed out of Haran.

21:71, Qur'an
[So] We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had blessed for the worlds.

29:26, Qur'an
[For] Lot believed him.  [And Abraham] said, "Indeed, I will emigrate to [the service of] my Lord.  Indeed, He is the Almighty, the Most Wise."

Genesis 12:5, Torah
And [so] Abraham took Sarai, his wife, and Lot, his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and they came into the land of Canaan.

Lot Warned Sodom

1.  Lot Warned his People

Genesis 18:16 - 17, Torah
[Then] the men rose up from there, and looked toward Sodom, and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way.  And the Lord said, "Should I hide from Abraham that thing which I do?"

Genesis 13:13, Torah
[For] the men of Sodom [were] wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly.

29:31, Qur'an
And [so] when Our messengers came to Abraham with the good tidings, they said, "Indeed, we will destroy the people of that Lot's city.  Indeed, its people have been wrongdoers."

15:61, Qur'an
[Then] the messengers came to the family of Lot -

Genesis 19:1, Torah
[Whereby] there came two angels to Sodom at evening; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom, and Lot, seeing [them], rose up to meet them; and he prostrated with his face toward the ground.

29:34, Qur'an
[They said,] "Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this city punishment from the heaven because they have been defiantly disobedient."

11:77, Qur'an
[Thus] when Our messengers, [the angels], came to Lot, he was anguished for them and felt for them great discomfort and said, "This is a trying day."

37:133, Qur'an
[So] indeed, Lot was among the messengers.

26:161 - 163, Qur'an
When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear God?  Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.  So fear God and obey me."

11:78, Qur'an
[Then] his people came hastening to him, and before [this] they had been doing evil deeds.  He said, "O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you.  So fear God and do not disgrace me concerning my guests.  Is there not among you a man of reason?

29:29, Qur'an
Indeed, you approach men and cut off the road and commit in your meetings [every] evil."  And the answer of his people was not but they said, "Bring us the punishment of God, if you should be of the truthful."

2.  Lot was Ridiculed

Genesis 19:4 - 5, Torah
But before they laid down, the men of the city, [even] the men of Sodom, encompassed the house, both old and young, all the people from every quarter.  And they called to Lot, and said to him, "Where [are] the men who came in to you this night?  Bring them out to us, that we may know them."

15:68 - 70, Qur'an
Lot said, "Indeed, these are my guests, so do not shame me.  And fear God and do not disgrace me."  They said, "Did we not forbid you from the world?"

3.  Lot was Threatened to be Evicted

Genesis 19:6 - 7, Torah
[Then] Lot went out at the door to them, and shut the door after him, and said, "I pray you, brethren, do not do so wickedly."

26:167, Qur'an
[But] they said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."

Genesis 19:9, Torah
And they said, "Stand back."  And they said [again], "This one [fellow] came in to sojourn, and he needs to be a judge, now we will deal worse with you, than with them."  And they pressed sore upon the man, [even] Lot, and came near to break the door.

[Wisdom of Solomon 19:14 - 17], Torah
For the Sodomites did not receive those [messengers] whom they did not know when they came; but they brought friends into bondage, who had well deserved of them.  And not only so, but peradventure, some respect will be had of those, because they did not use strangers friendly: but they afflicted them very grievously, whom they had received with feasting, and were already made partakers of the same laws with them.  Therefore, even they were stricken with blindness, as they were at the doors of the righteous man; when, being compassed about with horrible, great darkness, everyone sought the passage of his own doors.

4.  Lot was Saved,
Sodom was Destroyed

54:36 - 38, Qur'an
[Thus] Lot had already warned them of Our assault, but they disputed the warning.  And they had demanded from him his guests, but We obliterated their eyes, [saying], "Taste My punishment and warning."  And there came upon them by dawn an abiding punishment.

Genesis 19:24 - 25, Torah
[Whereby] the Lord rained brimstone and fire upon Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens; and He overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

[Wisdom of Solomon 19:13], Torah
And [so] punishments came upon the sinners, not without former signs by the force of thunders; for they suffered justly according to their own wickedness, insomuch as they used a more hard and hateful behavior toward strangers.

2 Peter 2:6, Gospel
[So] turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, [God] condemned [them] with an overthrow, making [them] an example to those who after should live ungodly.

7:83, Qur'an
[But] We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was of those who remained with the evildoers.

Luke 17:32, Gospel
[So] remember Lot's wife.

Genesis 19:26, Torah
[For] his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

29:35, Qur'an
And We have certainly left it as a sign of clear evidence for a people who use reason.

Shu'ayb Warned Midian

1.  Shu'ayb Warned his People

29:36, Qur'an
And to Midian We sent their brother Shu'ayb, and he said, "O my people, worship God and expect the Last Day and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption.

7:86 - 87, Qur'an
And do not sit on every path, threatening and averting from the way of God those who believe in Him, seeking to make it seem deviant.  And remember when you were few and He increased you.  And see how was the end of the corrupters.  And if there should be a group among you who has believed in that with which I have been sent and a group that has not believed, then be patient until God judges between us.  And He is the best of judges."

7:90, Qur'an
[But] the eminent ones who disbelieved among his people said, "If you should follow Shu'ayb, indeed, you would then be losers."

11:89 - 90, Qur'an
[So] Shu'ayb said, "O my people, let not your dissension from me cause you to be struck by that similar to what struck the people of Noah or the people of Hud or the people of Salih.  And the people of Lot are not far away from you.  And ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him.  Indeed, my Lord is Merciful and Affectionate."

2.  Shu'ayb was Ridiculed

11:91, Qur'an
They said, "O Shu'ayb, we do not understand much of what you say, and indeed, we consider you among us as weak.  And if not for your family, we would have stoned you; and you are not to us one respected."

26:185 - 188, Qur'an
[And] they said, "You are only of those affected by magic.  You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars.  So cause to fall upon us fragments of the heaven, if you should be of the truthful."  [So] he said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do."

3.  Shu'ayb was Threatened to be Evicted

11:87, Qur'an
They said, "O Shu'ayb, does your prayer command you that we should leave what our fathers worship or not do with our wealth what we please?  Indeed, you are the forbearing, the discerning!"

11:88, Qur'an
He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I am upon clear evidence from my Lord and He has provided me with a good provision from Him...?  And I do not intend to differ from you in that which I have forbidden you; I only intend reform as much as I am able.  And my success is not but through God.  Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return."

7:88, Qur'an
[So] the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people said, "We will surely evict you, O Shu'ayb, and those who have believed with you from our city, or you must return to our religion."  He said, "Even if we were unwilling?"

4.  Shu'ayb was Saved,
Midian was Destroyed

11:94 - 95, Qur'an
[So] when Our command came, We saved Shu'ayb and those who believed with him, by mercy from Us.  And the shriek seized those who had wronged, and they became within their homes [corpses] fallen prone as if they had never prospered therein.  Then, away with Midian as Thamud was taken away.

7:91 - 92, Qur'an
So the earthquake seized [Midian], and they became within their home corpses fallen prone.  Those who denied Shu'ayb - it was as though they had never resided there.  Those who denied Shu'ayb - it was they who were the losers.

Moses Warned Pharaoh

1.  Moses Warned his People

7:103, Qur'an
Then We sent after them Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were unjust toward them.  So see how was the end of the corrupters -

Exodus 3:9 - 10, Torah
[When God said,] "Now therefore, behold, the cry of the Children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression whereby the Egyptians oppress them.  Come now therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring forth My people, the Children of Israel out of Egypt.

20:47 - 48, Qur'an
So go to him and say, 'Indeed, we are messengers of your Lord, so send with us the Children of Israel and do not torment them.  We have come to you with a sign from your Lord.  And peace will be upon he who follows the guidance.  Indeed, it has been revealed to us that the punishment will be upon whoever denies and turns away.'"

10:83, Qur'an
[But] no one believed Moses, except some youths among his people, for fear of Pharaoh and his establishment that they would persecute them.  And indeed, Pharaoh was haughty within the land, and indeed, he was of the transgressors.

2.  Moses was Ridiculed

43:46 - 47, Qur'an
[So] certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds."  But when he brought them Our signs, at once they laughed at them.

26:23 - 24, Qur'an
Pharaoh said, "And what is the Lord of the worlds?"  [Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."

26:25 - 29, Qur'an
[Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?"  [Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers."  [Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad."  [Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."  [Pharaoh] said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned."

43:51 - 54, Qur'an
[So] Pharaoh called out among his people; he said, "O my people, does the kingdom of Egypt not belong to me, and these rivers flowing beneath me; then do you not see?  Or am I not better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear?  Then why have there not been placed upon him bracelets of gold or come with him the angels in conjunction?"  So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him.  Indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient of God.

20:63, Qur'an
[For] they said, "Indeed, these are two magicians who want to drive you out of your land with their magic and do away with your most exemplary way."

3.  Moses was Threatened to be Killed

40:25, Qur'an
[So] when [Moses] brought them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive."  But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error.

40:26, Qur'an
And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord.  Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land."

40:28 - 29, Qur'an
[But] a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith said, "Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, 'My Lord is God' while he has brought you clear proofs from your Lord?  And if he should be lying, then upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there will strike you some of what he promises you.  Indeed, God does not guide one who is a transgressor and a liar.  O my people, sovereignty is yours today, [your being] dominant in the land.  But who would protect us from the punishment of God if it came to us?"  Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right conduct."

40:30 - 31, Qur'an
And he who believed said, "O my people, indeed I fear for you [a fate] like the day of the companies - like the custom of the people of Noah and of 'Aad and Thamud and those after them.  And God wants no injustice for [His] servants."

7:123 - 124, Qur'an
[But] Pharaoh said, "Indeed, this is a conspiracy which you conspired in the city to expel therefrom its people.  But you are going to know.  I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides; then I will surely crucify you all."

26:53 - 56, Qur'an
[So] Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers and said, "Indeed, those are but a small band, and indeed, they are enraging us, and indeed, we are a cautious society..."

7:128, Qur'an
[So] Moses said to his people, "Seek help through God and be patient.  Indeed, the earth belongs to God.  He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants.  And the [best] outcome is for the righteous."

4.  Moses was Saved,
Pharaoh was Destroyed

Exodus 6:1, Torah
Then the Lord said to Moses, "Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land."

Exodus 7:4 - 5, Torah
[For] Pharaoh will not hear you, that I may lay My hand upon Egypt, and bring forth My armies, [and] My people, the Children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgements.  And the Egyptians will know that I [am] the Lord, when I stretch forth My hand upon Egypt, and bring out the Children of Israel from among them."

10:90 - 92, Qur'an
[So] We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of those in submission [to God]."  Now?  And you had disobeyed [Him] before and were of the corrupters?  So today We will save you in body that you may be to those who succeed you a sign.  And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedless.

17:103, Qur'an
So he intended to drive them from the land, but We drowned him and those with him all together.

Psalms 106:10 - 11, Torah
And [thus] He saved them from the hand of him who hated [them], and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.  And the waters covered their enemies, there was not one of them left.

40:45, Qur'an
So God protected [Moses] from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment -

79:25 - 26, Qur'an
God seized him in exemplary punishment for the last and the first [transgression].  Indeed in that is a warning for whoever would fear [God].

44:25 - 27, Qur'an
[And] how many did they leave behind of noble sites and gardens and springs and crops and comfort wherein they were amused?

43:56, Qur'an
[Thus] We made them a precedent and an example for the later peoples.

They claim to love and obey Jesus, but will be quick to kill his followers and dominate over them. What an awesome love filled with lies which can only be exhibited by the children of the serpent who is the father of all lies.

Mods, pls move this to the garbage section.

We have Certainly Given you Seven of the Often Repeated Narrations

We Sent Our Messengers - Noah, Hud, Salih, Abraham, Lot, Shu'ayb, and Moses - then Made them Narrations

7:101, Qur'an
Those cities - We relate to you, some of their news.  And certainly did their messengers come to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe in that which they had denied before.  Thus does God seal over the hearts of the disbelievers.

23:42 - 44, Qur'an
Then We produced after them other generations.  No nation will precede its time [of termination], nor will they remain [thereafter].  Then We sent Our messengers in succession.  Every time there came to a nation its messenger, they denied him, so We made them follow one another [to destruction], and We made them narrations.  So away with a people who do not believe.

15:84 - 87, Qur'an
So nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn.  And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth.  And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness.  Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator.  And We have certainly given you [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [narrations] and the great Qur'an.

22:42 - 44, Qur'an
[But] if they deny you [O Muhammad], - so, before them, did the people of Noah [1] and 'Aad [2] and Thamud [3] deny [their prophets], and the people of Abraham [4] and the people of Lot [5] and the inhabitants of Midian [6].  And Moses [7] was denied, so I prolonged enjoyment for the disbelievers; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My reproach.

26:103 - 106, Qur'an
[So] indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  The people of Noah [1] denied the messengers, when their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear God?"

26:121 - 124, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  'Aad [2] denied the messengers, when their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear God?"

26:139 - 142, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  Thamud [3] denied the messengers, when their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear God?"

26:67 - 70, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  And recite to them the news of Abraham [4], when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"

26:158 - 161, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  The people of Lot [5] denied the messengers, when their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear God?"

26:174 - 177, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  The companions of the thicket [6] denied the messengers, when Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear God?"

26:8 - 11, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.  And when your Lord called Moses [7], [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people - the people of Pharaoh.  Will they not fear God?"

26:190 - 191, Qur'an
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.  And indeed, your Lord - He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.

39:23, Qur'an
[Thus] God has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration.  The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of God.  That is the guidance of God by which He guides whom He wills.  And one whom God leaves astray - for him there is no guide.

12:111, Qur'an
[For] there was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding.  Never was the Qur'an a narration invented, but a guidance and mercy for a people who believe and a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things.

11:120, Qur'an
[So] each story We relate to you from the news of the messengers is that by which We make firm your heart.  And there has come to you, in this, the truth and an instruction and a reminder for the believers -

60:6, Qur'an
[Whereby] there has certainly been for you in [Abraham and those with him] an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in God and the Last Day.  And whoever turns away - then indeed, God is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

Jeremiah and the Prophets Warned Jerusalem

1.  The Prophets Warned their People

Jeremiah 7:25 - 28, Torah
"Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt to this day I have even sent to you all My servants the prophets, rising up early and sending [them] daily.  Yet they did not listen to Me, nor incline their ear, but they hardened their neck, they did worse than their fathers.  Therefore you will speak all these words to them; but they will not hear you, you will also call to them; but they will not answer you.  But you will say to them, 'This [is] a nation that does not obey the voice of the Lord their God, nor receives correction, truth has perished, and is cut off from their mouth.'

Jeremiah 23:14, Torah
I have also seen in the prophets of Jerusalem a horrible thing, they commit adultery, and they walk in lies, they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none return from his wickedness, all of them are to Me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah."

Hosea 4:1, Torah
[Thus] hear the word of the Lord, you Children of Israel, for the Lord has contention with the inhabitants of the land, because [there is] no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.

Jeremiah 35:15, Torah
"[So] I have sent all My servants to you, the prophets, saying, 'Return now, every man from his evil way, and amend your actions, and do not go after other gods to serve them, and you must dwell in the land which I have given to you and your fathers,' but you have not inclined your ear, nor listened to Me.

Jeremiah 18:11, Torah
Now therefore go [O Jeremiah], speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, 'Thus the Lord says; 'Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you, return now, everyone from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

Jeremiah 7:5 - 7, Torah
For if you amend your ways and your doings; if you execute judgement between a man and his neighbor; [if] you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt.  Then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, forever and ever.

Deuteronomy 28:15, Torah
[But] it will come to pass, if you will not hear the voice of the Lord your God, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes which I command you this day; that all these curses will come upon you, and overtake you -

Deuteronomy 28:49 - 52, Torah
The Lord will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, [as swift] as the eagle flies; a nation whose tongue you will not understand; a nation of fierce countenance, which will not regard the person of the old, nor show favor to the young.  And he will eat the fruit of your cattle, and the fruit of your land, until you are destroyed, which [also] will not leave you [either] corn, wine, or oil, [or] the increase of your young cows, or flocks of your sheep, until he has destroyed you.  And he will besiege you in all your gates, until your high and fenced walls come down, wherein you trusted, throughout all your land, and he will besiege you in all your gates throughout all your land, which the Lord your God has given you.

Deuteronomy 28:48, Torah
[And] you will serve your enemies which the Lord will send against you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in unclothedness, and in want of all [things], and He will put a yoke of iron upon your neck, until He has destroyed you.'"

Ezekiel 5:14 - 15, Torah
Moreover I will make you waste, and a reproach among the nations that [are] around you, in the sight of all who pass by.  So it will be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment to the nations that [are] around you, when I will execute judgments in you in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes.  I the Lord have spoken [it].

2.  The Prophets were Ridiculed

2 Chronicles 36:15 - 16, Torah
[So] the Lord God of their fathers sent to them by His messengers, rising up early, and sending; because He had compassion on His people, and on His dwelling place.  But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised His words, and misused His prophets -

Jeremiah 18:18, Torah
[For] they said, "Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law will not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet.  Come, and let us strike him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words."

Jeremiah 20:7 - 8, Torah
[So Jeremiah said,] "O Lord, You have deceived me, and I was deceived, You are stronger than I, and have prevailed, I am in derision daily, everyone mocks me.  For since I spoke, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the Lord was made a reproach to me, and a derision, daily."

Jeremiah 11:9 - 10, Torah
[So] the Lord said to me, "[O Jeremiah,] a conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.  They have turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, who refused to hear My words; and they went after other gods to serve them, the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken My covenant which I made with their fathers.

Jeremiah 9:3 - 6, Torah
[For] they bend their tongues [like] their bow [for] lies, but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know Me," the Lord says.  "Take heed, everyone of his neighbor, and do not trust in any brother, for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will walk with slanders.  And everyone will deceive his neighbor, and will not speak the truth, they have taught their tongue to speak lies, [and] weary themselves to commit iniquity.  Your habitation [is] in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know Me," the Lord says.

Jeremiah 6:13, Torah
For from the least of them even to the greatest of them everyone [is] given to covetousness; and from the prophet even to the priest, everyone deals falsely.

Jeremiah 10:11, Torah
Thus you will say to them, 'The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, [even] they will perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.

Jeremiah 51:18, Torah
[For] they [are] vanity, the work of errors, they will perish in the time of their visitation.

Jeremiah 7:8 - 9, Torah
[For] behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit.  Will you steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know?

Jeremiah 2:28, Torah
[Then] where [are] your gods that you have made?  Let them arise, if they can save you in the time of your trouble, for your gods are [according to] the number of your cities, O Judah.'"

3.  The Prophets were Threatened to be Killed

Jeremiah 26:8, Torah
Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that the Lord had commanded him to speak to all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people took him, saying, "You will surely die."

Jeremiah 26:11, Torah
Then the priests and the prophets spoke to the princes and to all the people, saying, "This man is worthy to die; for he has prophesied against this city, as you have heard with your ears."

Jeremiah 38:4, Torah
Therefore the princes said to the king, "We beseech you, let this man be put to death, for he thus weakens the hands of the men of war who remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking such words to them, for this man does not seek the welfare of this people, but the hurt."

Jeremiah 11:19, Torah
[And thus] I [was] like a lamb [or] an ox [that] is brought to the slaughter; and I did not know that they had devised devices against me, [saying], "Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no longer remembered."

Ezekiel 9:9, Torah
Then He said to me, "The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah [is] exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness, for they say, 'The Lord has forsaken the earth, and the Lord does not see.'"

Lamentations 3:60 - 62, Torah
"[But] You have seen all their vengeance [and] all their imaginations against me.  You have heard their reproach, O Lord, [and] all their imaginations against me; the lips of those who rose up against me, and their device against me all the day."

[Sirach 49:7], Torah
For they entreated [Jeremiah] evil, who nevertheless was a prophet, sanctified in his mother's womb, that he might root out, and afflict, and destroy; and that he might build up also, and plant.

Jeremiah 18:23, Torah
[So Jeremiah said,] "Yet, Lord, You know all their counsel against me to slay [me], do not forgive their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from Your sight, but let them be overthrown before You; deal [thus] with them in the time of Your anger."

Jeremiah 11:11 - 12, Torah
Therefore the Lord thus says, "Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they will not be able to escape; and though they will cry to Me, I will not hear them.  Then the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem will go, and cry to the gods to whom they offer incense, but they will not save them at all in the time of their trouble."

4.  The Prophets were Saved,
Jerusalem was Destroyed

Jeremiah 25:2 - 3, Torah
[So] Jeremiah the prophet spoke to all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, "From the thirteenth year of Josiah, the son of Amon, king of Judah, even to this day, that [is] the twenty third year, the word of the Lord has come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising early and speaking; but you have not listened."

Jeremiah 35:17, Torah
Therefore the Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel says, 'Behold, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced against them, because I have spoken to them, but they have not heard; and I have called to them, but they have not answered.'"

Jeremiah 25:8, Torah
[And] thus the Lord of hosts says; "Because you have not heard My words -‎

Psalms 37:38 - 40, Torah‎
The transgressors will be destroyed together, the end of the wicked will be cut off.  But the salvation of the righteous [is] of the Lord, [He is] their strength in the time of trouble.  And the Lord will help them, and deliver them, He will deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him.

Jeremiah 21:8 - 9, Torah
And [so] you will say to this people, 'Thus the Lord says; 'Behold, I set the way of life before you, and the way of death.  He who abides in this city will die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence, but he who goes out, and falls to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he will live, and his life will be to him for a prey.

Jeremiah 25:9, Torah
[For] behold, I will send and take all the families of the north,' the Lord says, 'And Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.'"

17:5, Qur'an
So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them [in Jerusalem], We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.

Jeremiah 39:11 - 12, Torah
[But] Nebuchadnezzar [My servant], king of Babylon, gave charge concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, saying, "Take him, and look well to him, and do him no harm; but do to him even as he will say to you."

Jeremiah 15:11, Torah
[For] the Lord said, "Verily it will be well with your remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat you [well] in the time of evil and in the time of affliction."

Jeremiah 39:1, Torah
[Then] in the ninth year of Zedekiah, king of Judah, in the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar came, king of Babylon, and all his army against Jerusalem, and they besieged it.

2 Kings 25:9 - 10, Torah
And he burnt the House of the Lord, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and he burnt every great [man's] house with fire.  And the entire army of the Chaldees that [was with] the captain of the guard broke down the walls of Jerusalem round about.

Jeremiah 22:8, Torah
And [thus] many nations will pass by this city, and every man will say to his neighbor, "What has the Lord done to this great city?"  Then they will answer, "Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God, and worshiped other gods, and served them."

Jeremiah 44:2, Torah
Thus the Lord of hosts says, the God of Israel; "You have seen all the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, and upon all the cities of Judah; and, behold, they [are] a desolation this day, and no man dwells therein.

Jeremiah 49:17 - 18, Torah
Edom will also be a desolation, everyone who goes by it will be astonished, and will hiss at all the plagues thereof.  As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbor [cities] thereof," the Lord says, "No man will abide there, neither will a son of man dwell in it.

Jeremiah 25:11, Torah
[For] this whole land will be a desolation, [and] an astonishment; and these nations will serve the king of Babylon for seventy years -

Jeremiah 44:3 - 6, Torah
Because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke Me to anger, in that they went to burn incense, [and] to serve other gods, whom they did not know, [neither] they, you, nor your fathers.  Howbeit I sent all My servants the prophets to you, rising early and sending [them], saying, 'Oh, do not do this abominable thing that I hate.'  But they did not listen, nor incline their ear to turn from their wickedness, to not burn incense to other gods.  Therefore My fury and My anger were poured forth, and were kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; and they are wasted [and] desolate, as at this day."

Re: The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 3:52pm On Nov 05, 2017
There has been in them an Excellent Pattern for Anyone whose Hope is in the Last Day

11:100 - 102, Qur'an
That is from the news of the cities, which We relate to you; of them, some are [still] standing and some are [as] a harvest [mowed down].  And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves.  And they were not availed at all by their gods which they invoked other than God when there came the command of your Lord.  And they did not increase them in other than ruin.  And thus is the seizure of your Lord when He seizes the cities while they are committing wrong.  Indeed, His seizure is painful and severe.

11:117 - 118, Qur'an
[But] your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.  And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community; but they will not cease to differ.

32:26, Qur'an
[So] has it not become clear to them how many generations We destroyed before them, [as] they walk among their dwellings?  Indeed in that are signs; then do they not hear?

60:4 - 6, Qur'an
[For] there has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, "Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than God.  We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in God alone" except for the saying of Abraham to his father, "I will surely ask forgiveness for you, but I have not [power to do] for you anything against God.  Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination.  Our Lord, make us not torment for the disbelievers and forgive us, our Lord.  Indeed, it is You who is the Almighty, the Most Wise."  There has certainly been for you in them an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in God and the Last Day.  And whoever turns away - then indeed, God is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

1.  God Sent a Messenger from themselves to State Clearly

16:36, Qur'an
We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship God and avoid false deities."  And among them were those whom God guided, and among them were those upon whom error was [deservedly] decreed.  So proceed through the earth and observe how was the end of the deniers -

23:44, Qur'an
[For] We sent Our messengers in succession.  Every time there came to a nation its messenger, they denied him, so We made them follow one another to destruction, and We made them narrations.  So away with a people who do not believe.

20:134, Qur'an
[But] if We had destroyed them with a punishment before him, they would have said, "Our Lord, why did You not send to us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses before we were humiliated and disgraced?"

23:32, Qur'an
[Thus] We sent among them a messenger from themselves, [saying], "Worship God; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"

Jeremiah 25:4 - 7, Torah
And [thus] the Lord has sent all His servants the prophets to you, rising early and sending [them]; but you have not listened, nor inclined your ear to hear.  They said, "Turn again now, everyone from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the Lord has given to you and your fathers forever and ever.  And do not go after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke Me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt.  Yet you have not listened to Me," the Lord says; "That you might provoke Me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt."

2.  Those who Disbelieved Ridiculed the Messenger

18:56, Qur'an
[So] We do not send the messengers except as warners and bringers of good tidings.  [But] those who disbelieve dispute by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth and have taken My verses, and that of which they are warned, in ridicule.

43:6 - 7, Qur'an
[Thus] how many a prophet We sent among the former peoples, but there would not come to them a prophet except that they used to ridicule him.

John 4:44, Gospel
For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet has no honor in his own country.

25:31, Qur'an
And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals.  But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper.

3.  Every Nation Intended to Seize their Messenger

6:34, Qur'an
[So] certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over [the effects of] denial, and they were harmed until Our victory came to them.  And none can alter the words of God.  And there has certainly come to you some information about the [previous] messengers.

14:13, Qur'an
[For] those who disbelieved said to their messengers, "We will surely drive you out of our land, or you must return to our religion."  So their Lord inspired to them, "We will surely destroy the wrongdoers."

27:71 - 72, Qur'an
And [so] they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?"  Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient."

4.  The Messenger was Saved by God,
The Wrongdoers were Destroyed

13:6, Qur'an
[And thus] they impatiently urge you to bring about evil before good, while there has already occurred before them similar punishments [to what they demand].  And indeed, your Lord is full of forgiveness for the people despite their wrongdoing, and indeed, your Lord is severe in penalty.

29:40, Qur'an
So each We seized for his sin; and among them were those upon whom We sent a storm of stones, and among them were those who were seized by the blast [from the heaven], and among them were those whom We caused the earth to swallow, and among them were those whom We drowned.  And God would not have wronged them, but it was they who were wronging themselves.

17:16, Qur'an
[For] when We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent but they defiantly disobey therein; so the word comes into effect upon it, and We destroy it with [complete] destruction.

26:208 - 209, Qur'an
[But] We did not destroy any city except that it had warners as a reminder; and never have We been unjust.

7:94 - 96, Qur'an
[For] We sent to no city a prophet [who was denied] except that We seized its people with poverty and hardship that they might humble themselves [to God].  Then We exchanged in place of the bad [condition], good, until they increased [and prospered] and said, "Our fathers were [also] touched with hardship and ease."  So We seized them suddenly while they did not perceive.  [So] if only the people of the cities had believed and feared God, We would have opened upon them blessings from the heaven and the earth; but they denied [the messengers], so We seized them for what they were earning."

10:98 - 99, Qur'an
Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?  When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time.  [But] had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed - all of them entirely.  Then, would you compel the people in order that they become believers?

22:42 - 46, Qur'an
[So] if they deny you, - so, before them, did the people of Noah and 'Aad and Thamud deny [their prophets], and the people of Abraham and the people of Lot and the inhabitants of Midian.  And Moses was denied, so I prolonged enjoyment for the disbelievers; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My reproach.  [So] how many a city did We destroy while it was committing wrong - so it is [now] fallen into ruin - and [how many] an abandoned well and [how many] a lofty palace?  So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear?  For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.

29:43, Qur'an
[So] these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.

Psalms 92:6 - 9, Torah
[For] a brutish man does not know; neither does a fool understand this.  When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity flourish; [it is] they that will be destroyed forever.  But You, Lord, [are Most] High for evermore.  For, look, Your enemies, O Lord, for, look, Your enemies will perish; all the workers of iniquity will be scattered.

17:58, Qur'an
And [thus] there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment.  That has ever been in the Register inscribed.

10:103, Qur'an
[But] We will save Our messengers and those who have believed.  Thus, it is an obligation upon Us that We save the believers.

Jesus and his Disciples Warned
the Lost Sheep of Israel

1.  Jesus and his Disciples Warned their People

57:27, Qur'an
Then We sent following their footsteps Our messengers and followed them with Jesus, the son of Mary, and gave him the Gospel -

43:59, Qur'an
Jesus was not but a servant [of God, and the Messiah] upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel.

Mark 3:14, Gospel
And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach.

Matthew 10:5 - 7, Gospel
[So] Jesus sent forth these twelve, and commanded them, saying, "Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter into any city of the Samaritans, but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.  And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of the heavens is at hand.'"

Mark 6:10 - 11, Gospel
And he said to them, "If you enter into a house, abide there until you depart from that place.  And whoever will not receive you, nor hear you, when you depart from there, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them.  Verily I say to you, 'It will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the Day of Judgement, than for that city.'"

Luke 8:1, Gospel
And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and showing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God, and the twelve were with him.

2.  Jesus and his Disciples were Ridiculed

43:57, Qur'an
[But] when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud.

Matthew 9:24, Gospel
[For when] Jesus spoke to them, "Give place, for the maid is not dead, but sleeps." - they laughed him to scorn.

Luke 16:14, Gospel
And [when] the Pharisees, who were covetous, also heard all these things, they derided him.

John 7:12, Gospel
And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him, for some said, "He is a good man."  Others said, "No; but he deceives the people."

John 10:20, Gospel
And many of them said, "[Jesus] has a devil, and is mad; why do you hear him?"

Matthew 5:11 - 12, Gospel
[So Jesus opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,] "Blessed are you, when [men] will revile you, and persecute [you], and will say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.  Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great [is] your reward in the heavens, for they so persecuted the prophets who were before you."

3.  The Disciples were Hated and Threatened

John 15:19, Gospel
[Jesus said] "If you were of the world, the world would love his own, but I have chosen you out of the world, and because you are not of the world, the world hates you."

Luke 6:22 - 23, Gospel
[So] Jesus lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, "Blessed are you, when men will hate you, and when they will separate you from their company, and will reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.  Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for, behold, your reward is great in heaven, for their fathers did to the prophets in like manner.

Matthew 10:16 - 18, Gospel
[So] behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves, be therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.  But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; and you will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

Luke 21:16 - 17 [and Matthew 10:22], Gospel
And you will be betrayed both by parents, and brothers, and kinsfolk, and friends; and [some] of you they will cause to be put to death.  And you will be hated of all for my name's sake.

John 16:2 - 3, Gospel
[And] they will put you out of the synagogues, the time comes, that whoever kills you will think that he does God a service.  And these things will they do to you, because they have not known the [Creator], nor me.

Luke 21:18 - 19, Gospel
But there will not a hair of your head perish.  In your patience possess your souls.

Matthew 10:23, Gospel
[So] when they persecute you in this city, flee into another, for verily I say to you, 'You will not have gone over the cities of Israel, until the Son of man has come.'

Luke 21:20, Gospel
[Then] when you will see Jerusalem encompassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is near.

Luke 21:31 - 32, Gospel
[So] when you see these things come to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near at hand.  Verily I say to you, 'This generation will not pass away, until all is fulfilled.'

Luke 17:26 - 27, Gospel
And [thus,] as it was in the days of Noah, so will it also be in the days of the Son of man.  They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all."

Jesus and his Disciples Warned
the Lost Sheep of Israel

4.  Jerusalem was Trodden Down by the Gentiles through God, but whoever will Call on the Lord will be Saved

[The Siege of Jerusalem in 70 AD]

Luke 13:2 - 3, Gospel
And Jesus, answering, said to them, "Do you suppose that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?  I tell you, 'No, but, except you repent, you will all likewise perish.'

Luke 13:4 - 5, Gospel
Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, do you think that they were sinners above all men who dwelt in Jerusalem?  I tell you, 'No, but, except you repent, you will all likewise perish.'"

Luke 19:41 - 44, Gospel
[And so] when Jesus had come near, he beheld the city Jerusalem, and wept over it, saying, "If you had known, even you, at least in this day of yours, the things belonging to your peace!  But now they are hidden from your eyes.  For the days will come upon you, that your enemies will cast a trench about you, and encompass you around, and keep you in on every side, and will lay you even with the ground, and your children within you; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another; because you did not know the time of your visitation."

Isaiah 10:3 - 4, Torah
And what will you do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation [which] will come from afar?  To whom will you flee for help?  And where will you leave your glory?  Without Me they will bow down under the prisoners, and they will fall under the slain.  For all this, His anger is not turned away, but His hand [is] stretched out still.

*Luke 23:28 - 30, Gospel
[So] Jesus, turning to them, said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.  For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they will say, 'Blessed [are] the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the paps which never gave suck.'  Then they will begin to say to the mountains, 'Fall on us;' and to the hills, 'Cover us.'

*Hosea 10:8, Torah
[For] the high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, will be destroyed, the thorn and the thistle will come up on their altars; and they will say to the mountains, "Cover us;" and to the hills, "Fall on us."

Luke 21:21 - 23, Gospel
Then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let those who are in the midst of it depart out; and do not let those who are in the countries enter therein.  For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.  But woe to those who are with child, and to those who give suck in those days!  For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people."

Matthew 24:1 - 2, Gospel
[So] Jesus went out, and departed from the temple, and his disciples came to [him] to show him the buildings of the temple.  And Jesus said to them, "Do you not see all these things?  Verily I say to you, 'There will not be left here one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.'"

17:7, Qur'an
[So] when the final promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the temple in Jerusalem, as [Our servant Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon,] entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had taken over with total destruction.

[Barnabas 16:5], Gospel
[Thus] it was revealed how the city and the temple and the people of Israel should be betrayed.  For the Scripture says; "And it will be in the last days, that the Lord will deliver up the sheep of the pasture and the fold and the tower thereof to destruction."  And it came to pass as the Lord spoke.

Acts 3:22 - 24, Gospel
For Moses truly said to the fathers, "The Lord your God will raise up a prophet to you from your brothers, like me; you will hear him in all things whatsoever he will say to you.  And it will come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, will be destroyed from among the people."  Indeed, and all the prophets from Samuel and those who follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.

2 Peter 2:5 - 6, Gospel
[For God] did not spare the old world, but saved Noah, the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example to those after that should live ungodly -

Luke 17:29 - 30, Gospel
[Whereby] the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed [them] all.  Even thus will it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed -

Luke 21:24, Gospel
And [thus] they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led away captive into all nations, and Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles is fulfilled.

*Acts 2:21, Gospel
[But] it will come to pass, [that] whoever will call on the name of the Lord [God] will be saved.

Acts 2:16, Gospel
[For] this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel -

*Joel 2:32, Torah
It will come to pass, [that] whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be delivered, for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem will be deliverance, as the Lord has said, and in the remnant whom the Lord will call.

Jesus and his Disciples Warned
the Lost Sheep of Israel

4.  Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum - as for those who Disbelieved, I will Punish them in this World

65:8, Qur'an
[So] how many a city was insolent toward the command of its Lord and His messengers, so We took it to severe account and punished it with a terrible punishment?

Jude 1:5, Gospel
I will therefore put you in remembrance, though you once knew this, how the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.

Jude 1:7, Gospel
Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal Fire.

Genesis 19:25, Torah
[For] He overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

Matthew 11:20 - 22, Gospel
[And so] Jesus began to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they did not repent, [he said,] "Woe to you, Chorazin!  Woe to you, Bethsaida!  For if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.  But I say to you, 'It will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the Day of Judgement, than for you.'

Luke 10:15 - 16, Gospel
And you, Capernaum, which are exalted to heaven, will be thrust down to Hell.  [For] he who hears you hears me; and he who despises you despises me; and he who despises me despises Him who sent me."

5:78, Qur'an
[Thus] cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel by the tongue of Jesus, the son of Mary and of David.  That was because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed.

Luke 12:54 - 56, Gospel
And [so] he also said to the people, "When you see a cloud rise out of the west, straightaway you say, 'There comes a shower;' and so it is.  And when [you see] the south wind blow, you say, 'There will be heat;' and it comes to pass.  [You] hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that you do not discern this time?

Luke 12:49, Gospel
[For] I have come to send fire on the earth; and what am I willing, if it is already kindled?

Luke 12:51 - 52, Gospel
[Or] do you suppose that I have come to give peace on earth?  I tell you, 'No; but rather division.'  For from henceforth there will be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

*Micah 7:6, Torah
For the son dishonors the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies [are] the men of his own house.

Micah 7:13, Torah
[And thus] the land will be desolate because of those who dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.

*Matthew 10:34 - 40, Gospel
[So] do not think that I have come to send peace on earth, I did not come to send peace, but a sword.  For I have come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.  And a man's foes [will be] those of his own household.  He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and he who loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.  And he who does not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.  He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.  He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives Him that sent me."

61:14, Qur'an
[So] be supporters of God, as when Jesus, the son of Mary, said to the disciples, "Who are my supporters for God?"  The disciples said, "We are supporters of God."  And a faction of the Children of Israel believed and a faction disbelieved.  So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant.

3:56 - 57, Qur'an
[For God said, "O Jesus,] as for those who disbelieved, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers."  But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and God does not like the wrongdoer‎

The Parable of the Vineyard

He will Miserably Destroy those Wicked Men, and will Let out his Vineyard to Other Husbandmen

Mark 12:1, Gospel
And [Jesus] began to speak to them by parables.  "A [certain] man planted a vineyard, and set a hedge about [it], and dug [a place for] the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country.

Luke 20:10 - 12, Gospel
And at the season, he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard, but the husbandmen beat him, and sent [him] away empty.  And again he sent another servant, and they beat him also, and entreated [him] shamefully, and sent [him] away empty.  And again he sent a third, and they wounded him also, and cast [him] out.

Luke 20:13 - 15, Gospel
Then the lord said of the vineyard, 'What will I do?  I will send my beloved son, it may be they will reverence [him] when they see him.'  But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, 'This is the heir, come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.'  So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed [him].  What will the lord of the vineyard therefore do to them?"

*Matthew 21:41 - 42, Gospel
They say to him, "He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out [his] vineyard to other husbandmen, who will render him the fruits in their seasons."  [So] Jesus [said] to them, "Did you never read in the Scriptures, 'The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the head of the corner, this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes?' -

Psalms 118:10 - 13, Torah
[It reads,] all nations encompassed me about, but I will destroy them in the name of the Lord.  They encompassed me about; indeed, they encompassed me about, but I will destroy them in the name of the Lord.  They encompassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns, for I will destroy them in the name of the Lord.  You have thrust sore at me that I might fall, but the Lord helped me -

*Psalms 118:22 - 24, Torah
[For] the stone [which] the builders refused has become the head [stone] of the corner.  This is the Lord's doing; it [is] marvelous in our eyes.  This [is] the day [which] the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Matthew 21:43 - 44, Gospel
"Therefore I say to you, 'The kingdom of God will be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.  And whoever will fall on this stone will be broken, but on whomsoever it will fall, it will grind him to powder.'"

21:11 - 15, Qur'an
And [so] how many a city which was unjust have We shattered and produced after it another people?  And when its inhabitants perceived Our punishment, at once they fled from it.  [Some angels said], "Do not flee but return to where you were given luxury and to your homes - perhaps you will be questioned."  They said, "O woe to us!  Indeed, we were wrongdoers."  And that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].

[2 Ezra 16:11], Torah
[So] the Lord will threaten, and who will not be utterly beaten to powder at His presence?

Isaiah 5:3 - 7, Torah
[So] now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, between Me and My vineyard.  What could have been done more to My vineyard, that I have not done in it?  Therefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, did it bring forth wild grapes?  And now go; I will tell you what I will do to My vineyard, I will take away the hedge thereof, and it will be eaten up; [and] break down the wall thereof, and it will be trodden down.  And I will lay it waste, it will not be pruned, nor dug; but there will come up briers and thorns, I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.  For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts [is] the house of Israel, and the men of Judah His pleasant plant, and He looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry. ‎

The Parable of the King's Wedding - those who were Bidden were Not Worthy

Go into the Highways and Bid to the Marriage - for He Can do Away with you and Bring Others in your Place

1.  The King's Servants Warned their People

Matthew 22:2 - 3, Gospel
[Jesus said] "The kingdom of the heavens is like a certain king, who made a marriage for his son, and sent forth his servants to call those who were bidden to the wedding, and they would not come."

2.  The King's Servants were Ridiculed

Matthew 22:4 - 5, Gospel
Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, "Tell those who are bidden, 'Behold, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and fatlings [are] killed, and all things [are] ready, come to the marriage.'"  But they made light of [it], and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise.

3.  The King's Servants were Hated and Threatened

Matthew 22:6, Gospel
And the remnant took his servants, and entreated [them] spitefully, and slew [them].

4.  The King Destroyed the Wrongdoers and Furnished the Wedding with Other Guests

Matthew 22:7 - 10, Gospel
But when the king heard [thereof], he was wroth, and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.  Then he says to his servants, 'The wedding is ready, but those who were bidden were not worthy.  Go therefore into the highways, and as many as you will find, bid to the marriage.'  So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good, and the wedding was furnished with guests."

4:133, Qur'an
[Thus,] if He wills, He can do away with you, O people, and bring others [in your place].  And ever is God Competent to do that.

5:70 - 71, Qur'an
[For] We had already taken the covenant of the Children of Israel and had sent to them messengers.  Whenever there came to them a messenger with what their souls did not desire, a party [of messengers] they denied, and another party they killed.  And they thought there would be no [resulting] punishment, so they became blind and deaf.  Then God turned to them in forgiveness; then [again] many of them became blind and deaf.  And God is Seeing of what they do.

*Acts 28:25 - 26, Gospel
[For] when [the Jews] did not agree among themselves, they departed; after Paul had spoken one word, "The Holy Spirit spoke well by Isaiah the prophet to our fathers, saying, 'Go to this people, and say, 'Hearing you will hear, and will not understand; and seeing you will see, and not perceive.'"

11:24, Qur'an
[And so] the example of the two parties is like the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing.  Are they equal in comparison?  Then, will you not remember?

Matthew 13:10 - 11, Gospel
[For] the disciples came, and said to [Jesus], "Why do you speak to them in parables?"  He answered and said to them, "Because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of the heavens, but to them it is not given.

Matthew 13:13, Gospel
Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing, they do not see; and hearing, they do not hear, neither do they understand.

Matthew 13:16, Gospel
But blessed [are] your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear.

*Matthew 13:15, Gospel
[But] this people's heart is waxed gross, and [their] ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes; unless at any time they should see with [their] eyes, and hear with [their] ears, and should understand with [their] heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.'

*Matthew 13:14, Gospel
[So] in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says, 'By hearing you will hear, and will not understand; and seeing you will see, and will not perceive."

*Isaiah 6:9 - 12, Torah
[Whereby] He said [to Isaiah], "Go, and tell this people, 'You hear indeed, but do not understand; and you see indeed, but do not perceive.  Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; unless they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed."  Then I said, "Lord, how long?"  And He answered, "Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land is utterly desolate, and the Lord has removed men far away, and [there is] a great forsaking in the midst of the land."

Luke 21:22 - 24, Gospel
[And thus Jesus said,] "These are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.  But woe to those who are with child, and to those who give suck in those days!  For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.  And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led away captive into all nations, and Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles is fulfilled."

Acts 28:28 - 29, Gospel
[So] be it known therefore to you, that the salvation of God is sent to the Gentiles, and [that] they will hear it."  And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, and had great reasoning among themselves.

62:5, Qur'an
[And thus] the example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books].  Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of God.  And God does not guide the wrongdoing people.

5:54, Qur'an
[So] O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - God will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of God and do not fear the blame of a critic.  That is the favor of God; He bestows it upon whom He wills.  And God is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

24:55, Qur'an
[And thus] God has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me.  But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who Kill the Prophets

Your House is Left to you Desolate

Luke 11:49, Gospel

"Therefore the wisdom of God also said, 'I will send them prophets and apostles, and [some] of them they will slay and persecute.'

Matthew 23:29 - 30, Gospel
[So] woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!  Because you build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchers of the righteous, and say, 'If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.'"

35:42, Qur'an
And [thus] they swore by God their strongest oaths that if a warner came to them, they would be more guided than [any] one of the [previous] nations.  But when a warner came to them, it did not increase them except in aversion.

Matthew 23:31 - 32, Gospel
"Therefore you are witnesses to yourselves, that you are the children of those who killed the prophets.  Fill up then the measure of your fathers.

Matthew 23:34 - 36, Gospel
[For] behold, I send to you prophets, and wise men, and scribes, and [some] of them you will kill and crucify; and [some] of them will you scourge in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city: that upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you slew between the temple and the altar.  Verily I say to you, 'All these things will come upon this generation.

*Matthew 23:37 - 38, Gospel
[So] O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [you] who kill the prophets, and stone those who are sent to you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under [her] wings, and you would not!  Behold, your house is left to you desolate.'"

*[2 Ezra 1:30 - 33], Torah
"[For] I gathered you together, as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings; but now, what will I do to you?  I will cast you out from My face.  When you offer to Me, I will turn My face from you; for I have forsaken your solemn feast days, your new moons, and your circumcisions.  I sent My servants to you, the prophets, whom you have taken and slain, and torn their bodies in pieces, whose blood I will require of your hands, the Lord says."  Thus the Almighty Lord says, "Your house is desolate, I will cast you out as the wind does stubble."

Luke 21:20, Gospel
"And [thus,] when you will see Jerusalem encompassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is near.

Luke 21:31 - 32, Gospel
[So] when you see these things come to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near at hand.  Verily I say to you, 'This generation will not pass away, until all is fulfilled.'

Luke 21:24, Gospel
And [thus] they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led away captive into all nations, and Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles is fulfilled."
Re: The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 5:25pm On Nov 05, 2017
Jesus will be a Sign for Knowledge of the Hour - for they did Not Kill him

And the People Required that the Innocent Might be Killed, but the Governer Found No Cause of Death in him

1.  Jesus Warned his People

Matthew 4:17, Gospel
From that time, Jesus began to preach, and to say, "Repent, for the kingdom of the heavens is at hand."

Luke 4:43, Gospel
And he said to them, "I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also, for this, I am sent."

Matthew 4:23, Gospel
And [so] Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

43:63 - 65, Qur'an
[So] when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear God and obey me.  Indeed, God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him.  This is a straight path."  But the denominations from among them differed and separated, so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day.

2.  Jesus was Ridiculed

John 7:12, Gospel
[For] there was much murmuring among the people concerning him, for some said, "He is a good man."  Others said, "No; but he deceives the people."

Psalms 109:2 - 3, Torah
[And so] the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful have opened against me, they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.  They encompassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.

Psalms 109:25, Torah
I also became a reproach to them, [when] they looked upon me they shook their heads.

Psalms 35:16, Torah
[And] with hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.

Luke 22:63 - 65, Gospel
[Thus] the men who held Jesus mocked him, and struck him.  And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, "Prophesy, who is it that struck you?"  And they spoke many other things blasphemously against him.

Psalms 31:18, Torah
[So] let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.

3.  Jesus was Threatened to be Crucified

Luke 23:13 - 16, Gospel
And [so Governor] Pilate, when he had called the chief priests and the rulers and the people together, said to them, "You have brought this man to me, as one who perverts the people, and, behold, I, having examined [him] before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof you accuse him.  No, nor yet Herod, for I sent you to him; and, look, nothing worthy of death is done to him.  I will therefore chastise him, and release [him]."

Matthew 27:20, Gospel
But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude [of the people] that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.

Luke 23:18 - 19, Gospel
[So the people] cried out all at once, saying, "Away with this [man], and release Barabbas to us."  (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.)

Luke 23:20 - 21, Gospel
[Governor] Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spoke to them again.  But [the people] cried, saying, "Crucify [him], crucify him."

Luke 23:22, Gospel
[So Governor Pilate] said to them the third time, "Why, what evil has he done?  I have found no cause of death in him, I will therefore chastise him, and let [him] go."

Luke 23:23, Gospel
[But the people] were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified.  And the voices of [the people] and of the chief priests prevailed.

Matthew 27:24, Gospel
[So] when [Governor] Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but [that] rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed [his] hands before the multitude, saying, "I am innocent of the blood of this just person, see [to it]."

Matthew 27:25, Gospel
Then all the people answered and said, "His blood [is] on us, and on our children."

4.  Jesus was Saved by God,
For God Saves in a Time of Affliction

21:9, Qur'an
Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved [the prophets] and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors.

Luke 1:70 - 71, Gospel
[For God] spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets, who have been since the world began, that we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all who hate us.

Psalms 37:39 - 40, Torah
[For] the salvation of the righteous [is] of the Lord, [He is] their strength in the time of trouble.  And the Lord will help them, and deliver them, He will deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him.

3:54, Qur'an
[And thus these] disbelievers planned, but God planned.  And God is the best of planners.

Matthew 27:32, Gospel
And [so] as [the soldiers of Pilate] came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name, him [the soldiers of Pilate] compelled to bear [Jesus'] cross.

John 19:19, Gospel
[Then Governor] Pilate wrote a title, and put [it] on the cross.  And the writing was, "Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews."

4:157 - 158, Qur'an
And [so We cursed them] for their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of God."  And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them.  And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it.  They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption.  And they did not kill him, for certain.  Rather, God raised him to Himself.  And ever is God Almighty and Most Wise.

Psalms 105:15, Torah
[For God said], "Do not touch My anointed [ones], and do My prophets no harm."

[Sirach 2:10 - 11], Torah
[For] look at the generations of old, and see; did any ever trust in the Lord, and were confounded?  Or did any abide in His fear, and were forsaken?  Or whom did He ever despise, who called upon Him?  For the Lord is full of compassion and mercy, longsuffering, and very pitiful, and forgives sins, and saves in a time of affliction.

Psalms 28:8, Torah
[Thus] the Lord [is] their strength, and He [is] the saving strength of His Anointed -

Psalms 27:5 - 6, Torah
For in the time of trouble He will hide me in His pavilion, He will hide me in the secret of His tent; He will set me up upon a rock.  And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tent; I will sing, indeed, I will sing praises to the Lord [God].

Psalms 71:2 - 4, Torah
[So] deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape, incline Your ear to me, and save me.  Be my strong habitation, whereto I may continually resort, You have given commandment to save me; for You [are] my Rock and my Fortress.  Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

Psalms 41:1 - 2, Torah
[Thus] blessed [is] he who considers the poor, the Lord will deliver him in a time of trouble.  The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; [and] he will be blessed upon the earth, and You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.

Psalms 20:6, Torah
[So] now I know that the Lord saves His Anointed; He will hear him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand.

43:61, Qur'an
[So] indeed, Jesus will be a sign for knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me.  This is a straight path.

10:103, Qur'an
[For] We will save Our messengers and those who have believed.  Thus, it is an obligation upon Us that We save the believers.

Matthew 24:13, Gospel
[And thus] he who will endure to the end, the same will be saved.

Isaiah 25:9, Torah
[And so] it will be said in that Day, "Behold, this [is] our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us, this [is] the Lord; we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation."

Muhammad Warned
Mecca and the Cities around it

1.  Muhammad Warned his People by the Qur'an over a Prolonged Period [in the Revealed Order]

33:21, Qur'an
There has certainly been for you in the messenger of God an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in the Last Day and God, and who remembers God often.

53:56 - 57, Qur'an
[For] this [prophet] is a warner like the former warners.  The Approaching Day has approached.

73:15 - 16, Qur'an
[For] indeed, We have sent to you a messenger [Muhammad] as a witness upon you just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger [Moses].  But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a ruinous seizure.

34:28, Qur'an
And [thus] We have not sent you [Muhammad] except comprehensively to mankind as a warner and a bringer of good tidings.  But most of the people do not know.

46:9, Qur'an
[So] say, "I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you.  I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner."

42:7, Qur'an
And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur'an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Mecca] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt.

35:24 - 26, Qur'an
[So] indeed, We have sent you with the truth as a warner and a bringer of good tidings.  And there was no nation but that there had passed within it a warner.  And if they deny you, then already have those before them denied.  Their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening Scripture.  Then I seized the ones who disbelieved, and how [terrible] was My reproach.

34:46, Qur'an
[So] say, "I only advise you of one thing - that you stand for God, seeking truth in pairs and individually, and then give thought."  There is not in your companion any madness.  He is only a warner to you before a severe punishment.

22:42 - 44, Qur'an
[But] if they deny you [Muhammad], - so, before them, did the people of Noah and 'Aad and Thamud deny, and the people of Abraham and the people of Lot and the inhabitants of Midian.  And Moses was denied, so I prolonged enjoyment for the disbelievers; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My reproach.

54:43 - 45, Qur'an
[Or] are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the Scripture?  Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"?  [Their] assembly will be defeated, and they will turn their backs [in retreat].

89:6 - 13, Qur'an
[Or] have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad - [with] Iram - who had lofty pillars, the likes of whom had never been created in the land?  And [with] Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley?  And [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes? - [All of] whom oppressed within the lands and increased therein the corruption.  So your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment.

25:40, Qur'an
And they have already come upon the town which was showered with a rain of evil.  So have they not seen it?

25:32, Qur'an
[But] those who disbelieve say, "Why was the Qur'an not revealed to him all at once?"  Thus it is that We may strengthen thereby your heart.  And We have spaced it distinctly -

36:6 - 7, Qur'an
That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.  Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.

34:45, Qur'an
[For] those before them denied, and the people of Mecca have not attained a tenth of what We had given them.  But the former peoples denied My messengers, so how [terrible] was My reproach.

10:102, Qur'an
[So] do they wait except for like [what occurred in] the days of those who passed on before them?  Say, "Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait."

Mecca and the Cities around it

2.  Muhammad was Ridiculed

43:29 - 31, Qur'an
However, I gave enjoyment to these people of Mecca and their fathers until there came to them the truth and a clear messenger.  But when the truth came to them, they said, "This is magic, and indeed we are, concerning it, disbelievers."  And they said, "Why was this Qur'an not sent down upon a great man from one of the two cities?"

25:41 - 42, Qur'an
And [so] when they see you, they take you not except in ridicule, saying, "Is this the one whom God has sent as a messenger?  He almost would have misled us from our gods had we not been steadfast in worship of them."  But they are going to know, when they see the punishment, who is farthest astray in [his] way.

25:7 - 8, Qur'an
And they say, "What is this messenger that eats food and walks in the markets?  Why was there not sent down to him an angel so he would be with him a warner?  Or [why is not] a treasure presented to him [from heaven], or does he [not] have a garden from which he eats?"  And the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."

37:36 - 37, Qur'an
And they were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?"  Rather, the prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the previous messengers.

25:5, Qur'an
[But] they say, "Legends of the former peoples which he has written down, and they are dictated to him morning and afternoon."

32:3, Qur'an
Or do they say, "He invented it"?  Rather, it is the truth from your Lord, that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you so perhaps they will be guided.

28:48, Qur'an
But when the truth came to them from Us, they said, "Why was he not given like that which was given to Moses?"  Did they not disbelieve in that which was given to Moses before?  They said, "[They are but] two works of magic supporting each other, and indeed we are, in both, disbelievers."

13:32, Qur'an
[Thus] already were [other] messengers ridiculed before you, and I extended the time of those who disbelieved; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My penalty.

21:6, Qur'an
[And] not a single city which We destroyed before them believed, so will they believe?

3.  The Disbelievers Plotted to Kill or Evict them

8:26, Qur'an
Remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you?

8:30, Qur'an
And, when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you.  But they plan, and God plans.  And God is the best of planners.

60:1, Qur'an
[So] O you who have believed, do not take My enemies and your enemies as allies, extending to them affection while they have disbelieved in what came to you of the truth, having driven out the prophet and yourselves because you believe in God, your Lord.

3:119 - 120, Qur'an
Here you are loving them but they are not loving you, while you believe in the Scripture - all of it.  And when they meet you, they say, "We believe."  But when they are alone, they bite their fingertips at you in rage.  Say, "Die in your rage.  Indeed, God is Knowing of that within the breasts."  If good touches you, it distresses them; but if harm strikes you, they rejoice at it.  [But] if you are patient and fear God, their plot will not harm you at all.  Indeed, God is encompassing of what they do.

8:19, Qur'an
[And thus] if you [disbelievers] seek the victory - the defeat has come to you.  And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because God is with the believers.

32:28 - 29, Qur'an
[So] they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be truthful?"  Say, "On the Day of Conquest the belief of those who had disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be reprieved."

37:174 - 179, Qur'an
So, leave them for a time.  And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see.  Then for Our punishment are they impatient?  But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the dawn of those who were warned.  And leave them for a time.  And see, for they are going to see.

Muhammad Warned
Mecca and the Cities around it

4.  Muhammad was Saved by God through the Angels

8:9 - 10, Qur'an
Remember when you asked help of your Lord, and He answered you, "Indeed, I will reinforce you with a thousand from the angels, following one another."  And God made it not but good tidings and so that your hearts would be assured thereby.  And victory is not but from God.

8:26, Qur'an
And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful.

3:123 - 128, Qur'an
[So] already had God given you victory at [the battle of] Badr while you were few in number.  Then fear God; perhaps you will be grateful.  [Remember] when you said to the believers, "Is it not sufficient for you that your Lord should reinforce you with three thousand angels sent down?  Yes, if you remain patient and conscious of God and the enemy comes upon you [attacking] in rage, your Lord will reinforce you with five thousand angels having marks [of distinction].  And God made it not except as [a sign of] good tidings for you and to reassure your hearts thereby.  And victory is not except from God, the Almighty, the Most Wise - that He might cut down a section of the disbelievers or suppress them so that they turn back disappointed.  Not for you, [O Muhammad, but for God], is the decision whether He should [cut them down] or forgive them or punish them, for indeed, they are wrongdoers.

33:25, Qur'an
[Thus] God repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good.  And sufficient was God for the believers in battle, and ever is God Powerful and Almighty.

33:9, Qur'an
[So] O you who have believed, remember the favor of God upon you when armies came to attack you and We sent upon them a wind and armies of angels you did not see -

8:48, Qur'an
When Satan made their deeds pleasing to them and said, "No one can overcome you today from among the people, and indeed, I am your protector."  But when the two armies sighted each other, he turned on his heels and said, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you.  Indeed, I see what you do not see; indeed I fear God.  And God is severe in penalty."

9:26, Qur'an
[For] God sent down His tranquility upon His messenger and upon the believers and sent down soldiers angels whom you did not see and punished those who disbelieved.  And that is the recompense of the disbelievers -

47:11, Qur'an
That is because God is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.

Psalms 35:1 - 3, Torah
[So] plead [my cause], O Lord, with those who strive with me, fight against those who fight against me.  Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help.  Draw out the spear also, and stop [the way] against those who persecute me, say to my soul, "I [am] your salvation."

Psalms 35:5 - 9, Torah
Let them be as chaff before the wind, and let the angel of the Lord chase [them].  Let their way be dark and slippery, and let the angel of the Lord persecute them.  For without cause they have hidden their net [in] a pit for me, [which] they have dug for my soul without cause.  Let destruction come upon him unawaringly; and let his net which he has hidden catch himself, into that very destruction let him fall.  And my soul will be joyful in the Lord, it will rejoice in His salvation.

Muhammad Warned
Mecca and the Cities around it

4.  Mecca was Destroyed by God through Muhammad and the Angels

2:246, Qur'an
Have you not considered the assembly of the Children of Israel after [the time of] Moses when they said to a prophet of theirs, "Send to us a king, and we will fight in the way of God"?  He said, "Would you perhaps refrain from fighting if fighting was prescribed for you?"  They said, "And why should we not fight in the cause of God when we have been driven out from our homes and from our children?"  But when fighting was prescribed for them, they turned away, except for a few of them.  And God is Knowing of the wrongdoers.

4:75, Qur'an
[So] what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of God and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?"

22:38 - 40, Qur'an
[So] indeed, God defends those who have believed.  Indeed, God does not like everyone treacherous and ungrateful.  Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged.  And indeed, God is competent to give them victory.  [They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, "Our Lord is God."  And were it not that God checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of God is much mentioned.  And God will surely support those who support Him.  Indeed, God is Powerful and Almighty.

37:171 - 176, Qur'an
[Thus] Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers, [that] indeed, they would be those given victory and [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome.  So, leave them for a time.  And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see.  Then for Our punishment are they impatient?

8:32 - 33, Qur'an
[For remember] when they said, "O God, if this should be the truth from You, then rain down upon us stones from the heaven or bring us a painful punishment."  But God would not punish them while they seek forgiveness, and God would not punish them while you are among them.

8:38, Qur'an
[So] say to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them.  But if they return [to hostility] - then the precedent of the former peoples has already taken place -

25:37 - 39, Qur'an
The people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them a sign for mankind.  And We have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment.  And [We destroyed] 'Aad and Thamud and the companions of the well and many generations between them.  And for each We presented examples [as warnings], and each We destroyed with [total] destruction.

33:61 - 62, Qur'an
[Thus they will be] accursed wherever they are found, being seized and massacred completely.  This is the established way of God with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of God any change.

2:193, Qur'an
[So] fight them until there is no [more] oppression and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for God.  But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.

9:13 - 14, Qur'an
[Or] would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time?  Do you fear them?  But God has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.  [So] fight them; God will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them.

Deuteronomy 28:7, Torah
[For] the Lord will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be struck before your face, they will come out against you one way, and flee before you seven ways.

Deuteronomy 30:7, Torah
And the Lord your God will put all these curses upon your enemies, and on those who hate you, who persecuted you.

Luke 1:70 - 75, Gospel
[Just] as He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets, who have been since the world began, that we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all who hate us; to perform the mercy [promised] to our fathers, and to remember His holy covenant; the oath which He swore to our father Abraham, that He would grant to us, that we, being delivered out of the hand of our enemies, might serve Him without fear [of our enemies], in holiness and righteousness before Him, all the days of our life.

Deuteronomy 33:27, Torah
[For] the eternal God [is your] refuge, and underneath [are] the everlasting arms, and He will thrust out the enemy from before you; and will say, 'Destroy [them].'

47:4, Qur'an
So when you meet those who disbelieve [in battle], strike [their] necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either [confer] favor afterwards or ransom [them] until the war lays down its burdens.  That [is the command].  And if God had willed, He could have taken vengeance upon them [Himself], but [He ordered armed struggle] to test some of you by means of others.  And those who are killed in the cause of God - never will He waste their deeds -

9:111, Qur'an
[For] indeed, God has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties in exchange for that they will have Paradise.  They fight in the cause of God, so they kill and are killed.  It is a true promise binding upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an.  And who is truer to his covenant than God?  So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted.  And it is that which is the great attainment.

8:17, Qur'an
And you did not kill them, but it was God who killed them.  And you threw not, when you threw, but it was God who threw that He might test the believers with a good test.

48:22 - 24, Qur'an
And if those Meccans who disbelieve had fought you, they would have turned their backs in flight.  Then they would not find a protector or a helper.  This is the established way of God which has occurred before.  And never will you find in the way of God any change.  And it is He who withheld their hands from you and your hands from them within the area of Mecca after He caused you to overcome them.  And ever is God of what you do, Seeing.

47:13, Qur'an
[So] how many a city was stronger than your city Mecca which drove you out?  We destroyed them; and there was no helper for them.

8:52 - 53, Qur'an
[Thus Mecca is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them.  They disbelieved in the signs of God, so God seized them for their sins.  Indeed, God is Powerful and severe in penalty.

50:36 - 37, Qur'an
And [so] how many a generation before them did We destroy who were greater than them in striking power and had explored throughout the lands?  Is there any place of escape?  Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present in mind
Re: The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 5:40pm On Nov 05, 2017
You will be Hated of All Nations for God's Name's Sake

1.  You will Warn your People of the Last Day

3:137, Qur'an
Similar situations as yours have passed on before you, so proceed throughout the earth and observe how was the end of those who denied.

64:5 - 6, Qur'an
[Or] has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before?  So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.  That is because their messengers used to come to them with clear evidences, but they said, "Shall human beings guide us?" and disbelieved and turned away.  And God dispensed [with them]; and God is Free of need and Praiseworthy.

19:97 - 98, Qur'an
So, We have only made [the Qur'an] easy in the Arabic language that you may warn thereby a hostile people and give good tidings thereby to the righteous.  And how many have We destroyed before them of generations?  Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound?

26:208 - 209, Qur'an
[But] We did not destroy any city except that it had warners as a reminder; and never have We been unjust.

10:47, Qur'an
[And so] for every nation is a messenger.  So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice; and they will not be wronged.

14:4, Qur'an
[For] We did not send any messenger except speaking in the language of his people to state clearly for them.

Matthew 24:14, Gospel
[And so] the Gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations; and then the end will come.

7:69, Qur'an
Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you?

16:82, Qur'an
But if they turn away, - then only upon you is responsibility for clear notification.

2:256, Qur'an
[For] there shall be no compulsion in acceptance of the religion.  The right course has become clear from the wrong.  So whoever disbelieves in false deities and believes in God has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it.  And God is Hearing and Knowing.

53:29 - 30, Qur'an
So turn away from whoever turns his back on Our message and desires not except the worldly life.  That is their sum of knowledge.  Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided.

51:55, Qur'an
[But] remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers.

You can copy the whole quran If you like . The truth is that Muhamed with his quran are false.
The quran is corrupted from the biginning as we read in :

Allah SWT says:

"And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know."
(QS. An-Nahl: Verse 101)

Why was muhammed adding and subtracting from quran. He was a liar and inventor as said above.

How else can we know.
WAS PHARAOH DROWNED OR SAVED WHEN CHASING THE ISRAELITES?

1.. He was saved;

Allah SWT says:

"And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims.""
(QS. Yunus: Verse 90)
Allah SWT says:

"So today We will save you in body that you may be to those who succeed you a sign. And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedless"
(QS. Yunus: Verse 92)

He was drowned:
Allah SWT says:

"[Moses] said, "You have already known that none has sent down these [signs] except the Lord of the heavens and the earth as evidence, and indeed I think, O Pharaoh, that you are destroyed.""
(QS. Al-Israa: Verse 102)
Allah SWT says:
فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْتَفِزَّهُمْ مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنٰهُ وَمَنْ مَّعَهُ ۥ جَمِيعًا
"So he intended to drive them from the land, but We drowned him and those with him all together."
(QS. Al-Israa: Verse 103)

Can you see your quran?
Mohammed an inventor of lies. He forgot to substitute one of the above for another this time around.
Re: The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 5:41pm On Nov 05, 2017
You will be Hated of All Nations for God's Name's Sake

2.  You will be Ridiculed

2:212, Qur'an
Beautified for those who disbelieve is the life of this world, and they ridicule those who believe.  But those who fear God are above them on the Day of Resurrection.

53:59 - 61, Qur'an
Then at this statement do you wonder?  And you laugh and do not weep while you are proudly sporting?

83:29 - 32, Qur'an
[For] indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.  And when they passed by them, they would exchange derisive glances.  And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.  And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."

46:11, Qur'an
And those who disbelieve say of those who believe, "If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it."  And when they are not guided by it, they will say, "This is an ancient falsehood."

5:58, Qur'an
[And] when you call to prayer, they take it in ridicule and amusement.  That is because they are a people who do not use reason.

68:51, Qur'an
And indeed, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes when they hear the message, and they say, "Indeed, he is mad."

15:97, Qur'an
[So] We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say.

83:13 - 14, Qur'an
[For] when Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Legends of the former peoples."  No!  Rather, the stain has covered their hearts of that which they were earning.

17:45 - 46, Qur'an
And [so] when you recite the Qur'an, We put between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter a concealed partition.  And We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness.  And when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an, they turn back in aversion.

17:47 - 48, Qur'an
[Thus] We are most knowing of how they listen to it when they listen to you and [of] when they are in private conversation, when the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."  Look how they strike for you comparisons; but they have strayed, so they cannot [find] a way.

35:42 - 44, Qur'an
[Yet] they swore by God their strongest oaths that if a warner came to them, they would be more guided than any one of the previous nations.  But when a warner came to them, it did not increase them except in aversion.  Due to arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people.  Then do they await except the way of the former peoples?  But you will never find in the way of God any change, and you will never find in the way of God any alteration.  [Or] have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them?  And they were greater than them in power.  But God is not to be caused failure by anything in the heavens or on the earth.  Indeed, He is ever Knowing and Competent.

15:3, Qur'an
[So] let them eat and enjoy themselves and be diverted by [false] hope, for they are going to know.

46:35, Qur'an
So be patient, as were those of determination among the messengers and do not be impatient for them.  It will be - on the Day they see that which they are promised - as though they had not remained [in the world] except an hour of a day.  [This is] notification.  And will [any] be destroyed except the defiantly disobedient people?
Re: The Quranic Warnners by shittufarukumar(m): 5:44pm On Nov 05, 2017
You will be Hated of All Nations for God's Name's Sake

3.  They were About to Evict you, then when they do, they will Not Remain there After you, Except for a Little

8:49, Qur'an
[Remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease said, "Their religion has deluded those [Muslims]?"

3:118, Qur'an
Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater.  We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.

47:29 - 30, Qur'an
Or do those in whose hearts is disease think that God would never expose their feelings of hatred?  And if We willed, We could show them to you, and you would know them by their mark; but you will surely know them by the tone of their speech.

22:72, Qur'an
[For] when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, you recognize in the faces of those who disbelieve disapproval.  They are almost on the verge of assaulting those who recite to them Our verses.

5:8, Qur'an
[So] O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for God, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just.  Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.  And fear God; indeed, God is Acquainted with what you do.

73:10 - 11, Qur'an
And be patient over what they say and avoid them with gracious avoidance.  And leave Me with the matter of the deniers, those of ease in life, and allow them respite a little.

2 Peter 2:12, Gospel
[For] these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they do not understand; and will utterly perish in their own corruption.

2 Peter 2:2, Gospel
[For] many will follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth will be evil spoken of.

[2 Ezra 5:1 - 2], Torah
[For] behold, the days will come, that those who dwell upon earth will be taken in a great number, and the way of truth will be hidden, and the land will be barren of faith.  But iniquity will be increased above that which you now see, or that you have heard long ago.

Matthew 24:12, Gospel
And because iniquity will abound, the love of many will wax cold.

Matthew 24:10, Gospel
And then many will be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another.

Matthew 24:9, Gospel
Then they will deliver you up to be afflicted, and will kill you, and you will be hated of all nations for My name's sake.

Psalms 69:7, Torah
Because for Your sake I have borne reproach; shame has covered my face.

Psalms 44:22 - 24, Torah
Indeed, for Your sake we are killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.  Awake, why do You sleep, O Lord?  Arise, do not cast [us] off forever.  Why do You hide Your Face, [and] forget our affliction and our oppression?

Psalms 139:20, Torah
For they speak against You wickedly, [and] Your enemies take [Your name] in vain.

1 Timothy 4:10, Gospel
Therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all mankind, especially of those who believe.

[2 Ezra 16:70 - 73], Torah
For there will be in every place, and in the next cities, a great insurrection upon those who fear God.  They will be like mad men, sparing none, but still spoiling and destroying those who fear God.  For they will waste and take away their goods, and cast them out of their houses.  Then they will be known, who are My chosen; and they will be tried as the gold in the fire.

2:214, Qur'an
Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you?  They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of God?"  Unquestionably, the help of God is near.

Matthew 24:13, Gospel
[For] he who will endure to the end, the same will be saved.

[2 Ezra 13:23], Torah
[And so] he who will endure the peril in that time has kept himself; those who have fallen into danger are those who have works and faith toward the Almighty.

Isaiah 66:5, Torah
[So] hear the word of the Lord, you who tremble at His word; "Your brethren who hated you, who cast you out for My name's sake, said, 'Let the Lord be glorified,' but He will appear to your joy, and they will be ashamed."

17:76 - 77, Qur'an
[So] indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom.  And then when they do, they will not remain there after you, except for a little.  That is Our established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration.

21:38 - 40, Qur'an
[So] they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"  If those who disbelieved but knew the time when they will not avert the Fire from their faces or from their backs and they will not be aided...  Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 - 3, Gospel
For you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.  For when they will say, 'Peace and safety;' then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.

[Sirach 5:7], Torah
[So] make no delay to turn to the Lord, and do not put off from day to day; for suddenly the wrath of the Lord will come forth, and in your security, you will be destroyed, and perish in the Day of Vengeance.

47:18, Qur'an
Then do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly?  But already there have come [some of] its indications.  Then what good to them, when it has come, will be their remembrance?

This is the Day of Judgement

4.  God will Save those who Feared Him, but those who Persecuted the Believers will have the Punishment of Hell

77:8 - 18, Qur'an
So when the stars are obliterated, and when the heaven is opened, and when the mountains are blown away, and when the messengers' time has come...  For what Day was it postponed?  For the Day of Judgement.  And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement?  Woe, that Day, to the deniers.  Did We not destroy the former peoples?  Then We will follow them with the later ones.  Thus do We deal with the criminals -

[2 Ezra 11:42], Torah
For you [criminals] have afflicted the meek, you have hurt the peaceable, you have loved liars, and destroyed the dwellings of those who brought forth fruit, and have cast down the walls of such who did you no harm -

85:8 - 10, Qur'an
[For] they resented them not except because they believed in God, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy, to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth.  And God, over all things, is Witness.  Indeed, those who have persecuted the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire -

67:7 - 10, Qur'an
When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.  It almost bursts with rage.  Every time a company is thrown into the Blaze, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"  They will say, "Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, 'God has not sent down anything.  You are not but in great error.'"  And they will say, "If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze."

38:62 - 63, Qur'an
And they will say, "Why do we not see men whom we used to count among the worst?  Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them?"

[Wisdom of Solomon 5:3 - 4], Torah
[So] they, repenting and groaning for anguish of spirit, will say within themselves, "This was he, whom we had sometimes in derision, and a proverb of reproach.  We fools accounted his life madness, and his end to be without honor.

[Wisdom of Solomon 5:6 - 8], Torah
Therefore we have erred from the way of truth, and the light of righteousness has not shined to us, and the sun of righteousness did not rise upon us.  We wearied ourselves in the way of wickedness and destruction; we have gone through deserts, where there lay no way; but as for the way of the Lord, we have not known it.  What has pride profited us?  Or what good has riches with our vaunting brought us?"

23:108 - 111, Qur'an
[And so] He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me.  Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.'  But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them.  Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]."

Isaiah 25:9, Torah
[And thus,] it will be said in that Day, "Behold, this [is] our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us, this [is] the Lord; we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation."

10:62 - 64, Qur'an
[Thus,] unquestionably, [for] the allies of God there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.  Those who believed and were fearing God, for them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter.  No change is there in the words of God.  That is what is the great attainment.

Isaiah 51:7, Torah
[So] listen to Me, you who knows righteousness, the people in whose heart [is] My law; do not fear the reproach of men, neither be afraid of their reviling.  For the moth will eat them up like a garment, and the worm will eat them like wool, but My righteousness will be forever, and My salvation from generation to generation.

40:51, Qur'an
[For] indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand -

30:16, Qur'an
But as for those who disbelieved and denied Our verses and the meeting of the Hereafter, those will be brought into the punishment.

[Book of Enoch 69:28], Torah
And those who led the world astray will be bound in chains and will be shut up in the assembly place of their destruction, and all their works will pass away from the face of the earth.

7:53, Qur'an
[So] do they await except its result?  The Day its result comes those who had ignored it before will say, "The messengers of our Lord had come with the truth, so are there [now] any intercessors to intercede for us or could we be sent back to do other than we used to do?"  They will have lost themselves, and lost from them is what they used to invent.

37:71 - 73, Qur'an
And [yet] there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples, and We had already sent among them warners.  Then look how was the end of those who were warned -

21:7 - 9, Qur'an
[For] We sent not before you, except men to whom We revealed the message, so ask the people of the message if you do not know.  And We did not make the prophets forms not eating food, nor were they immortal on earth.  Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors -

47:11, Qur'an
That is because God is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.

10:13 - 14, Qur'an
And [so] We had already destroyed generations before you when they wronged, and their messengers had come to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe.  Thus do We recompense the criminal people.  Then We made you successors in the land after them so that We may observe how you will do.

3:200, Qur'an
[So] O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain stationed and fear God that you may be successful.

16:127, Qur'an
And be patient, and your patience is not but through God.  And do not grieve over them and do not be in distress over what they conspire.

30:60, Qur'an
So be patient.  Indeed, the promise of God is truth.  And let them not disquiet you who are not certain in faith.
