Obembe. The clearance was not print possibly due to the rush on the eportal. My main fee was entered several time b4 it sent a message asking me to confirm the amount load, continue to and again it possible that in the tab where u pick what u want to pay 4 u selected the wrong option. Try over again dont worry computer system can b funny sometime and that was y it continue to tel me enter the right pin which it later accepted after several resending.
