Jose Mourinho wants a N1.5 billion-a-year pay hike on his current deal at Manchester United, according to The Mirror.

Mourinho believes that he deserves a rise on his N7.6bn-a-year salary and his agent Jorge Mendes has New Year talks planned with executive vice chairman Ed Woodward.

The United boss has landed three trophies in his first season in charge at Old Trafford and has got the club back into the money-spinning Champions League.

Having won the Europa League, the League Cup and Community Shield in his first year at United, Mourinho has overseen a strong start to the current campaign.

He doesn't at all. 90percent of his wins this season are against small teams. Just a single performance against Tottenham and wasn't a convincing win.

If anyone deserves that pay in EPL, it is guardiola, he destroyed chelsea, arsenal and liverpool at chelsea and Liverpool homes. He si destroying small teams too and pulling weight in the champs league.

Mou should not be paid that much, i rather we use half that amount and sign pochetino and bring his team of dier, harry kane to united and we will have the epl and ucl adventure.
