Please I need help and advice on how to stay awake when reading my books.
Any time I try reading my books I will sleep off within 2 minutes, but I can stay awake all day and night especially when pressing phone. Please I need everyone's advice.

If you put your mind and challenge yourself, you must see yourself reading than usual, remove every side attraction, switch off your phones and don't entertain visitors until you're satisfied you've read enough.

disciplined ke... You never jam evil spirit. What happens to him happened to me when I was an undergraduate.. So I don't even bother myself going for night classes... I only read during the day....

Btw not everyone is active during the day like you.I will be deceiving myself if I pick a book to read during the day. I use to sleep a lot during the day even in the class. I only managed stay awake in the class only if its a calculation class.

But once it gets dark, I always get active nd alert. Can stay up all night without blinking.

The thing is that the op should find out what works for him nd stick to it.

bit the best is to sleep in the evening... Maybe wake up by 10pm or 11pm there about... I tell you.. You wont sleep until 4am
