@vinzim, the problem is that SUBMIT BUTTON, it keeps bringing me back to refresh page of blank form all over again .once I'm done with filling the form and uploading my CV, I tried use various types browsers yo no avail

If your using a phone change to a laptop and use Chrome.

I was using the both for like two days..on the third day Firefox got the job done

Fill in the captcha as you see them. Make sure you capitalize if it's in capital letters and use the space bar between them.
