Key Result Area:


• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients

• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel

• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

• You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

• Maintain and update customer contact records

• Coordinate and develop product presentations

• Evaluate customer complaints and drive corrective actions

• Provide information to customers regarding appropriate policies, procedures and operating practices; as well as competitor activities

• Ensure prompt delivery of products

• Develop a quality assurance check on all product



Requirements:


• 4-5 years’ experience in a strategic marketing role in a promotional and corporate gift company

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, advertising, communications or other related fields.

• Must have a client base, experience in client retention, relationship management and ability to drive revenue growth

• Should have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
