Just as the banana is important to our body, its also have some effect to our body. Now; we can't talk about the important of Banana without talking about the side effects of it. But before talking about the important and the effects, lets give the meaning of Banana.
According to Cambridge English dictionary: Banana is a long, curved fruit with a yellow skin and soft , sweet, white flesh inside.
Its important to our body: Banana are high in potassium and contain good levels of protein and dietary fiber. Bananas are rich in a mineral called potassium. This mineral is important as it helps maintain fluid levels in the body and regulates the movement of nutrients and waste products in and out of cells.
1. Banana sustain your blood sugar.
2. Banana reduce swelling, aid weight, strengthen the nervous system.
3. Banana help with the production of white blood cells, all due to high levels of vitamin B-6.
4. It strengthen your blood and relieve anemia with the added iron from bananas.
5. Protect against muscle cramps during workout and build strong bones by supplementing with a banana.
6. It help prevent kidney cancer, protect the eyes against macular degeneration and build strong bones bones by increasing calcium absorption.
Its side effects to our body
1. Tooth decay: when you eat too much banana, it causes high tooth pain. There fore, when you consume banana their particles rest between the teeth for about two hours and it attracts more bacteria.
2. Nerve damage: since bananas convitamin B-6 in high amounts , their over consumption can result in nerve damage.
3. Banana causes respiratory problems.
4. It causes abdominal pain if the banana are not ripe enough.
5: It also causes Type 2 diabetes.
Some of the caution are:
1) Avoid too much intake of Banana
2) In case you want to increase your intake of Banana, you should consult your doctor to know the recommended dosage.
3) Avoid eating underripe banana.
In conclusion, I would say or rather recommend that, any fruit we take in to our system we should always minimize it because even bananas have side effects.
Do work with the cautions and you will never have problems with banana.
