The government of Jersey Island on Tuesday gave conditions for the repatriation of $300m Abacha loot to the Federal Government.

The Minister and Attorney General of Jersey Island, Robert J. MacRae, in a meeting with the chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commision, Ibrahim Magu, said the loot would only be released to Nigeria on the condition of the presence of a third party.

MacRae stated that negotiations in respect of repatriation of the $300m being part of the Abacha loot between Nigeria and Jersey Island involving the United States of America, USA, “must be government to government cooperation”.

The EFCC was accompanied at the meeting by four members of the Nigeria delegation.

The meeting took place after a session at the ongoing 7th Session of Conference of State Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, holding in Vienna, Austria.

Simple condition.
Simple enough. I hope the brainwashed supporters of Abacha also observe that random nations are very unlikely to just release non-existent Abacha Loot in order to blackmail a dead man.

Simple condition.

The complexity would come when when the two governments have to agree

After 20 years of promising to repartriate this phantom so called Abacha loot, white devils are still to release .the money they claim is Abacha loot.

Yet you seem strangely optimistic grin grin grin

Abacha was a great leader hence the the white devils would like to continue to soil his character by labelling him a looter, so they have been making promises of returning alleged Abacha loot, which will not be returned since Abacha never looted and white devils can never bring themself to refund us any of our money they have stolen, not even this very small amount. grin

White devils are very broke right now so forget any ideas that they will refund any small amount even to add credibility to they lie, especially as they know Nigerians are very gullible and find it difficult not to believe and trust them.

Do you know that no court in the world has ever convicted Abacha of looting?

Abacha is long dead and yet Nigerians are still masturbating on his matter.

You too will leave a legacy that will never be wiped away.
