The Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano through the state’s commissioner for Agriculture, Mechanization, Processing and Export, Hon. Afam Mbanefo with State Project Coordinator, Mr. Nnamdi Emmanuel Agwuncha Yesterday 7th November presentated power tiller to IFAD VCDP rice farmers in Anambra.

This is part of the inniatives of Willie Obiano to sustain agricultural development in Anambra State.
