Position: Head, Benefit Administration

The Role: This is a Middle Management position.

The successful candidate reports to the Head, Operations Division and will be responsible for Coordination of the entire benefit administration operations in line with approved policy and guidelines.

Review and develop strategies in ensuring error free and timely processing of benefit applications.

Upgrade and manage database of Employers, clients etc and provide key information for relevant Company strategic.

Provide lead on automation of benefit application process for operational excellence.

Provide result-oriented leadership in the management of key company assets in the Department.

Develop sustain network with relevant agencies and bodies that are integral to the operational efficiency of benefit administration in the company.

The Person

Minimum of Fist Degree (2nd Class Lower) or HND (Lower Credit) in any Management or Financial discipline from a reputable Institution.
The candidate must have minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 8 of which must have been in a Financial Institution and minimum of 5 years in similar Management positions as Head of Department overseeing benefits/claims processing in a Financial Institution.
The candidate must possess excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills; and demonstrate required competence in effective handling of clients related issues.

Position: Head, Risk Management - Ref: RD/RMD

The Role: This is a Senior Management position.

The successful candidate reports to the Managing Director and will be responsible for Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company in line with ERM objectives.

Assessments and descriptions of risks associated with the company's businesses.

Evaluation of the company's risks with established criteria such as cost, legal requirements and environmental factors.

Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies for the organization s critical risks and for monitoring these risks.

Developing risk response processes including contingency and business continuity programs.

Simulating and correlating identified risk scenarios to relevant business processes and likely impact on business objectives.

Monitor on a continuous basis mitigations to identified risks to ensure adequacy and effectiveness.

Creating and building risk awareness culture in the company.

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to Board and the Regulator.

The Person

Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting or any Financial discipline from a reputable University. A Professional membership of ICAN, CIS, MRM etc. is required.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 8 of which must have been in a Financial Institution and a minimum of 5 years in Senior Management position.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management in the Financial industry and excellent communication and presentation skills are critical for this role.
