Any jumia agent here pls help me…
Yesterday night I order for two item on jumia, d goods re to be shipped to nigeria so I have to pay instantly not pay on delivery… I made d payment and it was successful, but my order is still pending since yesterday I receive message this morning to confirm the order when I click it… it bring error, I call customer care no option to speak with them, I email them no reply…. I dont knw what to do again….

chill they will call you and confirmed the order. probably from now till evening..

I pray so, am already scared here.. I think d message for confirmation came late, som1 said d message suppose to enter instantly, thats what cause d problem and reason why d link has expired… na solution I dey pray for, they no reply email nor I see ways to call them
