Hello Nairalanders, I just got a new first bank savings account together with an atm card. i withdrew with the atm, which paid me but up till now i have not received any debit alert on my mobile phone. I don,t know if it is because its a new account. Also, i cant make use of their online banking code *894//. As each time i try doing it on my phone, i get the reply that i do not have an account. but the first bank mobile app works well on my phone as i used it to buy airtime. lastly, i am unable to receive money transfers from another bank account to my account via mobile transfer. pls who knows what could be the problem? as i am very confused right now.
