hi people,just did a 1 kilometre run and i almost collapsed,my heart was beating like it will stop in the next minute and i felt this excruciating pain in my chest,pls runners is this normal? need similar experience feedback,i feel my heart cant take suych rigorous stuff

i hardly do exercise and whenever i do, i always have cramps here and there.
it's probably because you don't run that kind of distance regularly.(or do you?) if you do, then you should take things slow and seek professional advice.
