To many residents of Ibadan, Mokola needs no introduction... its a popular and major interception in the city's road axis. From Mokola roundabout one can access virtually all major parts of Ibadan, including all mighty Bodija, Gate, UCH , UI, Dugbe, Onireke, Sec/Queen Elizabeth Rd......name it Mokola is a major melting point in the city.

Mokola Roundabout was so notorious as a major traffic gridlock point until the recent construction of the 450m Mokola flyover which has relatively freed and redistributed traffic from that flash point. However the construction of this iconic overhead bridge has had major spill over effects on INNER MOKOLA (the hitherto residential enclave of Mokola). Although, before the construction of this bridge inner Mokola was gently and quietly metamorphosing in a COMMERCIAL hub of printing and publishing START-UP, the coming of the flyover has changed the ambience/profile of Mokola.... thus pushed the neighborhood (inner Mokola) to lime light. This resultant spotlight has endeared property investors to start taking a second look at inner Mokola as a possible up coming COMMERCIAL hub to invest and probably domicile an office.

The legendary legal icon Late Chief Bamidele Akiu was one of the first professional to built his Chambers in inner Mokola.. However some astute investors are not waiting for the bubble to burst as the scramble for inner Mokola is already on. The hub is gradually and gently pulling of its tag of haggard neighborhood with dilapidated/deilrick run down tenement structures to that of well structured business environment with stunning office/commercial edifices Property values have "naturally" adjusted to this emerging market as values are have gone northward, some by 150% .This might just be time to secure A PIECE of Mokola before it matures. A cursory look at these speaks volumes of Mokola's transformation. Let's get you a STRATEGIC piece of Land in this emerging commercial corridor !
