The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, headed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has told President Muhammadu Buhari to stay away from the South East.
According to schedule, President Buhari is to visit Ebonyi and Anambra States this week.
While the visit to Ebonyi State is a State Visit, the one to Anambra State is to wind down the campaign for the governorship election in which Buhari is expected to feature at the rally of the All Progressives Congress, with Tony Nwoye as candidate.
In a statement on Monday by its spokesman, Emma Powerful, IPOB told Buhari to stay away from Biafraland or risk bloodshed.

If any Biafran fail to concentrate on "No Election in Anambra" campaign just because of useless stories of the sack of Nnamdi Kanu as IPOB leader as sponsored by the already frustrated Biafra Land politicians which are few days away from being annihilated out of Biafra Land in a voracious revolution that is coming, then such Biafran is very stupid. Nnamdi Kanu's leadership of IPOB worldwide will only end that morning when Biafra flag will rise and be flying above the horizon with no hindrance. No force on earth can replace Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as the leader of IPOB. Let Nigerian army continue to keep him in the underground cell of 82 Division, Enugu because the day of reckoning is coming upon all the military enclaves of Nigeria. As for Nnamdi Kanu, nobody, no force, no organization, no government appointed him and therefore no one of them can sack him either. He remains the supreme leader of Biafura. A word is enough for the wise!
