sarrki: Since some of their pleads borders on international laws and United Nation Charter, to which Nigeria is a signatory....Nigeria Judiciary & Buhari doesn't have the last say. The big question is, if the current administration will obey and implement any contrary international order on this case. If they don't, it gives IPOB more legitimacy internationally and paints the Nigerian government as the bad act in this whole hullabaloo. 1 Like |

linearity:ipob and common sense are two parallel line that will never touch. hey, international community doesn't have a say on who a particular country call terrorist, it is internal issue no other country have a say on. do you even know the different between charter and constitution? |

Your type is why we are dubbed gulible citizens who swallow everything handed down to us by our leaders. So, in your right reasoning, you are convinced that IPOB is a terrorist group.? SMH.. OgundeleT: I know what am talking about. No country have a monology on the word 'terrorist'. Nigeria is a signatory to many international laws and also United Nation charter and before those signatures were accepted, they are usually passed into law by the Nigerian Senate & the House just like every other bill that stipulates how Nigeria is to be governed, and then signed into law by the President. A Nation does not only draw her laws from the constitution, otherwise we will not have use for the Senate & House, as the Courts pretty much know what the constitution says and how to apply it. The Senate & House are there to promogate and accept additional laws, including international laws, treaties and charters along with domestic laws. If Nigeria signed an international treaty, law or charter, they are obligated to obey it and any aggrieved party can sue Nigeria before an international arbitrator, if they are not satisfied with the outcomes of the case from Nigeria judiciary and their terms of reference is the violation of an international law, charter or treaty. If the party wins monetarily, he/she can successfully enforce the order against Nigeria foreign accounts or properties. 2 Likes |

Hmmmm, Scam journalism highlighted. IPOB is not for only people of Igbo extraction. Afonja writers take note: the non-Igbo groups in the oil-producing SS WILL NEVER AGREE to remain with an Islamic country of SW and Northern Nigeria without Biafra. Penalty82: 1 Like |

Yyeske: Every Igbo, including the SE governors and Ohaneze leaders support Biafra restoration. Let your president and his Fulani cohorts continue with use of Nigeria armed forces and the courts to perpetrate injustice and illegality. Biafra shall come with surprise to you all. After all, Nigeria's 1999 constitution was supervised under military rule of northern soldiers and not subjected to any referendum. Therefore, Nigeria's 1999 constitution is not binding on any referendum on Biafra restoration. 1 Like |

Penalty82:Human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Festus Keyamo has taunted the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, over its announcement that it had sacked Nnamdi Kanu as director of Radio Biafra. Keyamo wondered why IPOB, who had alleged that Kanu was killed by Nigerian army, was still announcing his removal ‘in the grave’. DAILY POST reports that Radio Biafra upon resumption on Monday announced through one Ifeoma Okorafor that the radio was restructuring. She announced that, “Mazi Nnamdi Nwanekaenyi Kanu, the former Director of Radio Biafra is hereby dismissed and removed as Director of Radio Biafra following extensive and intensive consultations” “Kanu’s actions and his decisions to incite members of IPOB towards violence leading to the death of many innocent young people in Onitsha, Aba and Umuahia is totally unacceptable and grossly irresponsible. “Kanu privately collected £14 million and another $22 million to purchase landed properties abroad in his name and that of his father, Igwe Israel Kanu, in a clear case of ‘monkey dey work baboon dey chop’.” Reacting, however, Keyamo rhetorically asked if Biafra was now a zoo. He tweeted, “So, after IPOB earlier claimed the Army killed Kanu, did they wake him from d grave to ask him questions over allegations against him before sacking him as their leader? Or did they sack him without hearing from him? Would that not be the style of animals in a zoo? Is Biafra now a zoo?” |

Oga080666419419: You are fighting the wrong enemy Muslims don't oppose people are pursuing a tribal cause because Islam is open to all tribes Infact that notion is haram in Islam and is called Assabiya I am not a terrorist and don't know how they think However I know that Muslims don't have issues with IPOB except when they burnt mosques in Aba and Enugu recently But if you are sure that Muslims are against you, please let us have the evidence Meanwhile I can demonstrate that Muslims debate Christians on theological issues but we don't do tribal issues |

Yyeske: It is only born slaves relapse in their bondage, servitude and slavery. like other zoogerians from the west, middle belt, even south who has resigned into themselves hausa-fulani slaves because of fear of death and crumbs from the masters table. They are now tools to be used and dumped. How is Benue(Paul Unongo- Arewa elder), Plateau state(Gowon, Jerry Useni etc), Taraba(T.Y.Danjuma etc). Their people are been murdered, killed, massacred and pushed from the family land and yey they cant talk, protest. How can slaves (Hausa baniza) talk or protest when the master decides to kill them or forcefully take their young girls as wives and concubines. Just live igbos allow alone, let us die in our foolishness rather than being slaves. |
